Sub par bar food. Drinks were not only weak due to lack of alcohol (I'm a light drinker)they lacked flavor altogether! Like no mango or strawberry flavor. We tried 4 different drinks and our frozen cocktails were like colored ice concoction......for a hefty price.

Overall service was great and had a wonderful time. Our server from Tropics, Paige Y. was awesome. She was very attentive during our daycation and went over and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of. The food was brought on time despite the fact we went during busy season. We recommend Hilton and ask for Paige as your server, you will not regret it.

We spent an entire day and night by the pool and Erika was our server the entire time. She was absolutely amazing. There wasn't a time the entire day that we didn't have a pitcher of ice water next to us, even with my toddler playing in it and dumping it out a few times. From the time she got there to the time they closed she was happy go lucky and super sweet. We ordered a few frozen drinks (even virgin ones for the kiddos) the food was good, and the chocolate cake was amazing. 4 of us shared a "slice" and there was still some leftover because it was so big! When we go back I will definitely ask for Erika to be our server again if she is there!

As a mom, i appreciate good options for kids meal. Kids burger with fries or fruit is big enough for an adult! Well, for me at least. Decent quality, as for a pool bar it is impressive! And children quesadilla is good too.

Too many people at the tables, had to order food to go. Took about 25-30 min for the food to come out. The nachos were soggy at that point.Probably wouldn't go again, but didn't feel like leaving the hotel property at the time. So for the convenience it was ok

I know times are tough but it’s rice… looks like someone ate almost all the rice and left me the rest. And I guess asking for all dark meat was just me wasting my breath. And always out of sauces or something There’s always something wrong coming here

It’s just average - fish tacos were dry as if it’s been cooked a while, The tiny pots of salsa totally inadequate, and tacos themselves not even seasoned; no salt on the table and old turn napkins; the fish sandwich was also dry. So many great right ups on TripAdvisor but truly, this was average and when adding the cost of expensive drinks and a tip bringing it to $177 for three that’s an expensive lunch and actually poor. Adding the audacity to charge me $30 to park the car while I had this expensive lunch was a joke. When I complained they finally gave me a validated ticket for my car.
Enjoyed my stay so much more because of this outdoor bar. The staff will serve you around the pools or you can go sit down. Food was incredible each time and the atmosphere was exactly how you expect a resort style hotel to be. Highly recommended

The prices are what you would expect from a resort pool bar, the service was a little bit slow due to the amount of guest but the food was good and the drinks were great.

Staff was super and the drinks were tasty. The food was awful and missing some of the main ingredients. The one staff member explained they are considering a menu revamp and next time we should try the burgers as it is one thing that seems to be consistent. Avoid the chicken and fish dishes as well as the nachos. The nachos came out cold and the cheese wasn't even melted and it is so gross to try and eat cold clumps of shredded chicken on nachos. They were also missing the queso which is one of the things we really wanted on them.
