We spent an entire day and night by the pool and Erika was our server the entire time. She was absolutely amazing. There wasn't a time the entire day that we didn't have a pitcher of ice water next to us, even with my toddler playing in it and dumping it out a few times. From the time she got there to the time they closed she was happy go lucky and super sweet. We ordered a few frozen drinks (even virgin ones for the kiddos) the food was good, and the chocolate cake was amazing....read full review
As a mom, i appreciate good options for kids meal. Kids burger with fries or fruit is big enough for an adult! Well, for me at least. Decent quality, as for a pool bar it is impressive! And children quesadilla is good too.

Overall service was great and had a wonderful time. Our server from Tropics, Paige Y. was awesome. She was very attentive during our daycation and went over and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of. The food was brought on time despite the fact we went during busy season. We recommend Hilton and ask for Paige as your server, you will not regret it.
