“Received excellent service at this location. I went into the store because I had a free sandwich with the Wendy's app!! Sure enough, after I ordered my food; the Wendy's quit working and I didn't have the coupon available. I asked to speak to a manager; and a friendly, pregnant lady, Janesty, walked up and had a friendly disposition. She was very nice and happily went ahead and gave me the free sandwich which disappeared on the app!! She didn't have to do it and it would not have upset had she not given me the sandwich. I got a really nice vibe from all the workers actually and it was like night and day compared to a lot of the other Wendy's locations that I frequent!! “I have been to almost all of the Wendy's locations in central Florida since the mid 1990's and this one seems to get it right while quite a few have been slipping on quality on various aspects. This site is clean, fresh and at 12:30 on a weekday it was not too busy. I ordered my food, went to get my napkins and condiments which were recently resupplied (go figure, most places they are empty at lunchtime).Before I was finished the counter attendant called my name and gave my cup to me. Before I had my cup filled, he called me again and my food was ready. Incidently, ALL Athe drink options were available and the ice MA Hine worked fine (so unlike the Tuskawilla & Aloma location) I was pleasantly surprised when there on my tray were the 5 ketchup packets and barbeque sauce I requested while using the kiosk. Most fast food places ignore the add-ons from the kiosk. I was in a better mood when leaving this Wendy's because of the all around better quality as compared to other locations that are Leaving much to be desired on various levels. Years ago I starting favoring Wendy's because they were the last fast food place to have a fixing bar and tables each having squeeze bottles for ketchup and mustard with salt and pepper shakers. Now everywhere you have to deal with begging for a few tiny and sticky packets of ketchup, and wonder why you get a blank stare when asking for pepper.?“

“Had this on my way back home. My initial thought was, this line is long, but it went by super quickly. Anna was my cashier and was super nice. I was able to grab my food and condiments in less than 6 minutes. I would like to say they train their employees well as they all were smiling and made my food taste great. “Taniece, I told you I would write a review and here it is. I through fast food drive through, a lot. I know hubby likes Wendy's chili so on the way home, I drove through and Taniece was so uplifting. Her customer skills are some of the best I've experienced. She was polite, efficient, able to take my order despite my indecisiveness. She is extremely professional and when I went to the window to pay, she greeted me with a big smile, and for the first time in a crazy busy day for me, I was able to exhale and smile back. I watched her work as she put our order together and she had what I call an economy of movement. She wasted no steps, put everything together for me, and I just had to share. I would return to this location just for her personality and fabulous way she cares about her job that she reflects. “I go here too often to give them a five-star review. My order frequently gets mismade, and my son is diabetic. Other than the accuracy I really love this place. I never seem to have an issue in the morning if I'm getting breakfast though. So instead of pointing out the times that they mess up stuff during dinner. I'd like to highlight their good morning staff.The lady who takes my order in the morning is there almost every day I get food. She was always so pleasant. She has a wonderful smile and the one time there was an order placing my mobile order and I left my credit card at home. She just gave me my food because I'm there almost every day. It was a small gesture, but it meant a lot to me that I didn't have to go home and get my wallet, then come back and replace my order. Also, in the mornings there's hardly ever an extended wait like during the evening time. I would say that the biggest complaint anyone has about this Wendy's. Is how ridiculously long the line can get.Hey Wendy's corporate, Town & country used to have two Wendy's locations. When we had significantly less people. We really need a second Wendy's location again. Another thing to note, is Wendy's food is better quality than other fast food places, and ever since other places prices have reached nearly the same as Wendy's. I waited quite a while to get the salad. at the take out window and when I got home there was a no chicken (also only a spoon) so I called and they did let me come back the next day rather than driving back then.. So I came back the next day. Just requested the chicken. But they gave me a whole salad with chicken and they gave me a senior drink to boot. So kind of a mixed review.“
“I spoke to the manager months ago about their empty parking lot after having a less than desirable sandwich there and I explained what was wrong with it. Kudos it's turned around I ordered doordash everything was perfect the cheese was melted the sandwich wasn't sloppy and all the ingredients were on it it was packaged nicely they included enough ketchup in the order for the fries and the fries were warm and good to top it all off you can tell the Coke machine have been cleaned and I didn't taste any chemicals and the way you can tell this is the coke actually tastes like Coke not watered down like so many places. “This review will start out bad but it's going to end very well ?Last week I tried the Wendy's mobile app for the first time and let me tell you something it's the most complicated mobile app of any fast food restaurant out there.. I tried to place a to-go order to be picked up at the drive-thru at the Wendy's on Major Boulevard and it was a complete Fiasco.. and when I went in the manager was not helpful and could not straighten out the situation I was so irritated I promised myself I wouldn't go back to Wendy's..But I am weak! LOL.. so today I attempted to use the app again this time it worked.. it charged my card.. and told me that the pickup location was right near me, at the Wendy's at The Mall at Millenia..I pulled up to the drive-thru they had no record of my meal.. naturally right?! LOL she told me that sometimes the orders don't register immediately and if I wanted to I could come in.. it is an inconvenience but I did.. I'm so glad that I did.. this time the manager came over and I was all prepared to give him "what for?!"You know what happened instead.. the same thing that should happen at every fast food restaurant.. he listened to me, verify the charges on my card.. and said no problem I'll take care of everything for you right now what do you want he got it for me and then even gave me a complementary beverage because you felt bad.. that's customer service.. that will make me come back to that store specifically.. I'm in the area all the time and because that manager was that nice they just got me back it's a customer when I potentially could have been lost..I wish I had gotten his name because he impressed me so thoroughly that I wanted to make sure that I came home immediately to write a Google review.. but he did tell me he is from Morocco!Wendy's if you're reading this Google review right now just know that that manager.. needs a raise, should be recognized, ancient trade all your managers to come through the doors!!Great job Morocco Man!!! “This is a new location for me. It's near my work and first time there. I went during peak lunch time. Very well trained staff. You have a choice of drive thru, or go inside and place your order through the kiosk. My wait was about 20 minutes, but the staff was very friendly and on spot making deliveries to both window, mobile and take out. I consider this a well established locations. Staff did an amazing job and friendly for a stressful environment. ?“
“The food was good and fresh. The only downside to this particular experience was the waiting time at the drive thru. They had two lanes available, but only one was open. Perhaps they're not able to see what's going on in the drive thru. I would suggest that a camera be installed so that the person who is working the drive thru is able to see how many cars are waiting and open the second lane if need be.“

The restroom was FILTHY and not stocked. Had to clean the toilet in order to use and flush it which is NOT what u want to do before you eat a meal. “Wendy’s is really just the standard of fast-food these days and thankfully this location, after multiple visits, lives up to that. I used to frequent my old Wendys so much the employees joked with me that I should just work there. But how can you blame me? The whole Biggie Bag deal always solves lunch for me. A small sandwich, fries, nuggets, sauce and a drink for $5-$7 is a very hard to beat deal. The employees here are also very friendly and treat me with respect, including Ms. Samara, and I still have yet to have a problem with my order (surprising given the negative feedback here on Google!) As for the location itself, it’s probably the smallest location I’ve been to. Not necessarily a bad thing but it does suck when it’s the middle of daytime and you can’t find a table with shade. They do maintain the bathrooms well enough though so that’s always a good thing.Overall, this Wendy’s is very good. Well worth the slightly higher prices for their premium combo meals, especially if you’re a tourist to SeaWorld and didn’t want to overspend for the food there. Dave’s Double Biggie bag paired with strawberry lemonade goes a long way.Vegetarian options: They have salads available, but next to their ice coffee this is Wendy’s weakest menu item. Do NOT get the one that has blue cheese crumbles. That one in particular is a human rights violation in a bowl.Dietary restrictions: Probably the friendliest location in terms of needs. They have a Muslim lady as their manager (I somehow have failed to get her name, how sad) who’s usually on duty in the afternoon/evening and as long as you let her know in advance she can help you out.Parking: Okay amount of parking, but it is tight and along the drive-thru route. So you have to be careful when you are backing out.Wheelchair accessibility: Definitely not ADA friendly. The main entrance is a very tight 2 door entry where you have to hook right to go through door #2, which you have to pull inwards. They have a second entryway that’s straight into the dining hall but it’s right in front of the drive-thru exit. Not sure unless they do a remodel that they can address this issue considering their limited space.“
