“Can’t believe I’m leaving a 5 star review for the Wendy’s. But hey, the food is very solid for what you paying for. And this has to be the most upscale Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. I am not going to celebrate my wife’s birthday here, but I will stop by here whenever I am hungry and nearby.“
“Have been coming here since they opened a few years ago with mixed results, but ate here today and everything was fantastic! My order was ready when I walked in, they asked me directly if I had the mobile order, all the food was perfect, and the whole place was perfectly clean. Very impressed and will probably come back more often now.“
“So I have been to several Wendy's today and I must say it amazes me how things have changed I came across this Wendy's and jumped through the drive-thru line which I should have went all the way around instead of employee Rosemary telling me I had to order something to get a cup of water I asked for a cup of water and she right away got it done with no complaints or even asking me did I have a order very polite very on point This is what a job supposed to have good customer service Thank you Rosemary continues to be the great employee you are“
“The food was fine. The ordering kiosk experience sucked. The computing power behind the process is inadequate. It kept thinking I wasn't answering or inputting when I was waiting on it. The employees could see everyone was struggling with it but did NOT offer to help. If you keep using this failed system you might as well close your restaurants.“
