Food was ok, nothing special. The employees here clean the tables and throw the same leftover food on the table on the floor and feel like they don't want to work. The floor was dirty and when you walked you skidded because of how dirty it was.

Food is ok, service is terrible. I stop by frequently, service has never been great but its conveniently located. This Sunday service reached a new low. I spent twenty minutes waiting for an iced drink. I tried to be accommodating as they were busy, after 15 minutes I ask the barista when my drink might be ready. She informs me that she doesn't have it listed. Luckily I kept my receipt and she was able to make my drink. My point behind this whole post, if this place is busy...AVOID. If you want to spend your time packed in a small restaurant with other anxious customers waiting for their food, this is the place for you. The food is not worth the wait.

Food is great when you can get it. Recently ordered take out and at first they missed part of my order. Went back and got it, only to get home and realize they forgot a main ingredient. Not worth having to go back again and getting it fixed.

A family member always tells me that small franchises depend more on the Chef than on their fame... My case with this Zaza branch is proof of this, perhaps it was just a bad day of who made our food (a Cuban Sandwich and a fried egg breakfast) but if they already lacked enthusiasm in their preparation, when compared to the other two branches of Zaza that I have been to in Orlando, it makes one think that it is a problem of the Chef of this branch...... What a disappointment ...Send the chef to the Altamonte suc or Alafaya to refresh his knowledge, Monday March 18 9:40am... The coffee was excellent

Where's the Meat?I ordered the Cubano for pick-up. When I opened up the container, I found that the sandwich virtually HAD VERY LITTLE MEAT!if there was swiss cheese on it you could have fooled me!The fries were soggy and loaded with grease.I haven't eaten there in years and the Cubano used to have lots of meat on it. .what happened? New Owners?Well I'm not going back again to spend $13 dollars on a meatless Cubano!!!!

I enjoy a cafe con leche almost every morning and it’s so good! Their food and pastries are amazing as well.

A men

Lechon asado Plato is pretty much just rice beans veggies and a lot of onions with some bread. Hardly any meat at all. Do not order.
