Drove out of our way to make it there because the manager said lobby would open at 3 and open untill 7. Get there, online only and close at 630 and will not take our order because online is down. Highly reccomend going elsewhere that has any customer service at all. Really rude as well.

Pro's: Food is good.Con's: I went to the Ormond Beach store to order a family for three meal and was told the deal was only available if you ordered online and the pie would cost extra. I proceeded with my order and the server put in two small scoops of mashed potatoes in the large container. I requested he put in the correct amount for three people and he responded, "I'm in a hurry because I am supposed to be on my break." He left in the middle of putting together my order without telling anyone. Another server came to complete the order and he forgot to put in the corn muffins and the pie. Glad I checked. They were very busy, but this should not happen. Provide customer service training and enough staff.

I am a DoorDash driver and was treated with kindness and respect. Driving all day and the young lady offered me a drink. Great establishment

The food always tastes good but they were out of chicken and I had to wait for corn. Just like every other place I guess having issues with supply. There wasn't as big a selection of sides like they used to have. The service was very good. I like that they wear gloves to serve. Not every place does. You get a lot of meat with the large plate.

The prices at this place are outrageous. It has been a few years since going but company sent BOGO coupon. Purchased 1 single meal got one free if bought drink also. The total was over 22 bucks and would have been over 34 without BOGO deal. Wow won't be back till price gets back to realm of reality for a freaking piece of chicken.......

Ordered from port orange on the website. They took the money but was closed for some reason. Grub hub text me informing me I was not getting my food and they couldn’t give me a refund since I ordered from Boston market website. Anyway I called this ormand store and the manager there did a amazing job making things right. I had to go get my food coming from port orange. I was alittle upset but this manager really went and made it right and then some. Great service thank you!!! Devin
Tried to visit 8/26/22, a Saturday night. Website says they're open until 8pm. Tried to open the door at 7:35pm, door was locked. Employees were inside hitting each other and playing around. Pretty disappointed as this was the only place I wanted to have dinner from and drove a distance to get it.

I am very disappointed, today is Saturday July 16th. I had come to get dinner for me and my family only to see a sign on the door saying they closed at 7:00 p.m. I I'm not sure what their issue was or why they closed early but they should update the website to notify customers.

I have attempted to eat here in the last 10 days. The first time they close in an hour before the website time. The second pearl there was a note on the door saying they were closed for the pool. The third time I actually got home and the restaurant now so mad I left without ordering. Very dirty.

They open at 11 this is the 2nd time I have gone and there are no signs about opening later etc. It was 11:30. The staff is inside hanging out and not answering the phone and the door is locked. One person pulled up for there shift and we asked whatt time they were opening and they laughed and said iI don't know and locked the door when they walked in. This is why Boston market is suffering.
