“Service and food was good. Fresh brewed pots of coffee kept coming. Unfortunately several things kept this from being a 5 star we found hair in our sun and sand special, the remake plate came with bacon since they had run out of sausage. Finally our card was charged for the wrong table so everything had to be credited and redone.“
“Driving scenic A1A from Daytona to Jacksonville, I was in search of a quick lunch. Sunny Side Up, nestled between an auto repair shop and a barber, it’s easy to miss, but don’t! Parking is right on the highway, and the restaurant’s exterior doesn’t tell you much about the place except for a colorful sign above the entrance (fortunately, that’s what caught my eye). The interior is compact and simply decorated, but it’s clean and cozy. If you look carefully, you can get ocean views, so they’ve got that going for them! It’s only open for breakfast and lunch, and despite arriving at lunchtime, I was tempted by the all-day breakfast menu. I split the difference and enjoyed a delicious Cuban sandwich accompanied by a generous serving of hash browns. Service was friendly and the food came out quickly, and for this real estate, I found my bill was surprisingly reasonable. I will definitely return next time I’m in the area!“
“Everything was excellent from the service to the food. My grandson was very happy. Thanks again we've been coming here for years and years went and made a mistake and went to the Granada diner. Food was unacceptable. Turn right back around five seconds later here we are thank you guys.“
“Amazing food, amazing service, indoor and outdoor seating - perfect to grab breakfast or lunch - food is very fresh and homemade - delicious and way better than what you'd expect from a little strip mall beachside cafe. Awesome little hidden gem! Maple sliders were my fav and their breakfast potatoes are addictive!!“
“Impressed, impressed impressed!! From walking in the door to pleasant personality and the greeting you get is awesome upon receiving the food the plate presentation was beautiful everything was delicious with highly recommend first time here, definitely will not be the “
“Great breakfast place right off the I-95 highway. Easy to get to, but hidden in a Publix shopping mall, so only locals and users og Google maps know about it.I ordered the Train Wreck breakfast, be warned it enough food for two people! All good!“
“In town for the Rolex 24 race and a desire for a late breakfast brought me to this spot. And it worked out great for me as I enjoyed my breakfast at a reasonable price! I had 2 eggs with 2 pork chops that also came with toast and hashbrowns. It was all very tasty! I will definitely be back!“
