“Besides once, I come here after working a long 12 hour shift overnight and have my dogs in two during their morning walk. We sit outside. Staff from day 1 made me and my pups feels so welcome. I was very satisfied and impressed while I watched the staff work. They were all on each other's side, working as a team. During the hours I am there, it's always a rush time and they are focused and communicating professionally with each other, as well as with the guests. For myself, they made sure that I found what I wanted and let me take my time as I tried to count my money 10 times (reacclimating after 12 years abroad) :) No matter how busy I tend to be more thoughtful and take a little more time to confirm I am getting the order right, but they never make me feel rushed, and always keep me feeling welcome. Such a hospitable place. They say they are short staff and I know that they are the ones that are taking the brunt of that, not the customers. I hope they are valued by their management and corporate, they deserve to be. Even when I am thinking not to walk the extra distance there in the morning, I keep in mind the friendly atmosphere and how good I feel when I leave, and how fresh everything is from the coffee to the sandwiches and it gets me over there every time. The lobby has always been clean and organized when I go in too.“
“CRAZY BUSY MORNING. I normally make coffee at home but today BOTH Keurig coffee machines went down. Drove over to get coffee for my wife and I. the morning rush was in full swing. I give the staff a lot of credit for handling things. The computers went down, the order kiosk was acting up and still they seamed to handle it. My 3 extra large coffees where ready and in a Togo carry before the computer came back up and I paid. Parking is an issue primarily due to the trucks with trailers pulling across 4 spots - please park on the side road grass where the dump trucks park.“
“Just stopped by the drive thru after they spent a week renovating . It's looks nice and new. Ordered 2 chocolate frosted donuts with sprinkle. Very good fresh and moist. Not dried out. 2 donuts were $3.15. I think. I asked how much is a dozen . Not 100 % sure $13.00. When did donuts get so expensive. When I was a kid in the 70's a dozen was $1.99. And after you bought 12 you got a free dozen. And they use to actually cook the donuts in the back of the store. And they were open 24 hrs. And they were much bigger in size .“
“Stayed in Flagler for Biketoberfest & went to this location every day for our coffee. Store was clean. Staff was friendly. Coffee was made right which is a plus. Sunday was only day I saw a line in drive thru, but we always parked & went inside & no line. Plenty of parking out back.“
