“On this day 3/23/2024 at approximately 10:45AM. I entered the dunkin Donuts on 3768 S Orlando Dr, Sanford, FL 32773. An injury occurred to a manager in charge. The drive-through started to back up. And the customer line was out the door. As I'm standing in disbelief, an associate named Clarissa Robinson yelled out. We are short-handed with no manager. But we have to serve our customers, so everyone, let's make this work. Within 15 minutes, they emptied out the lines and apologized to the customers. The customers were impressed with this staff. Dunkin' Donuts, keep up the good work. Impeccable customer service.“
