“My wife and I have been visiting this place for a few years. I've always gotten the steak pho and put all the leaves and sprouts they gave me into the soup. Yesterday I visited there with my sister who herself if a fabulous cook. She told the waitress that she was not hungry and asked what she would recommend. Lotus root salad was recommended. It was large and incredibly delicious. My sister let me taste it. I was just so sure that she would give me what remains to finish for her, BUT SHE ATE IT ALL, EVEN tough she "wasn't hungry." I kept waiting for her to stop eating and say she couldn't finish the Lotus root salad, but I didn't have such luck. Today she tells me it was among the 5 best things she has ever had in her life -- and she is almost 70!!“
