How is this location still in business?!? Not only do they have horrible reviews all over Google and Facebook, they do not do same-day delivery, they blame it on being short staffed, and the one worker who I spoke with on the phone -Gabe -was extremely rude and very unprofessional. As a paying customer to such a credible business name like edible arrangements I am very upset and disappointed. do yourself a favor and order from a different location!
Did not receive order, they were closed on Valentine’s Day and me and about 6 others waited for 1.5 hours to pick up our orders and no one showed up at the store. They have not refunded me either!
First off, I did receive what I ordered. The fruit looked fresh and it tasted good. However, my order was a day late. No one called, but it did arrive the next morning by a very unprofessional delivery person. Literally caught them cussing the second they rang the doorbell and when I answered the door, they were very unfriendly. Never apologized for being a day late. They also were not wearing a mask and that is supposed to be a part of their policy, due to Covid. They don't deserve...read full review
