“Cashier Emily is the MVP! I witnessed her handle a very disturbing customer with such professionalism. While the said customer continuously harassed Emily with an impossible order, Emily held her cool and did not give in. There were at least 10 other customers in the lobby that witnessed the incident and they all applauded Emily for how she handled the situation.“
“The employees/ managers are stressing over having Uber Eats and Door dash orders coming in while trying to take care of drive thru and front counter customers. The store was clean, the people were kind, most customers were nice to the employees even though they had wait times longer than 3 minutes. The customer that ate the bagel sandwich with hash brown and diet Coke was very happy with the meal. You are appreciated for the work you considering all the new technology entering the market! I understand the complexity and think you're all doing a great job!Parking: It's a restaurant in a shopping area so plenty of parking just watch the signage. Leaving to go to Palm Coast Parkway is a ONE WAY road.Kid-friendliness: No playground but kind to the children:)“
“I came in on Easter, yes I know a Holiday, to take my daughter and her cousins with her to get ice cream cones after the park. Well, my 4 year old did NOT want to wash her hands after getting them sticky and was standing at the bathroom door stubbornly. Well, the young female manager and a sweet worker Kynleigh, somehow convinced my daughter to “teach them how to wash their hands” and from that moment on, she was ecstatic to do so. Even got high 5’s and fist bumps. That is customer service that makes memories. She was excited to tell grandma that she taught grown up’s how to wash their hands! (They know how, just to clear that up). Anyways, not many people are kind on holidays being forced away from families but my daughter made memories today that she’ll be talking about for days.
