“It is a fast food place. Greasy food was expected. The stars are for "customization". Before a mac came with onions, mustard, ketchup if u wanted or not. This time i asked, no onions, extra,extra lettuce, no ketchup or mustard, add tomato and light mayo. Loved it!“
“The night manager Christina (I apologize if I spelled it wrong ) was AMAZING! She came and made sure personally that my order was made hot & fresh and CORRECT! She deserves a raise she never misses everytime I come by shes always going above and beyond! This McDonald’s location is VERY lucky to have her!“
“All I got to say is 1248 Friday lunch rush you think that'll get most employees down not Jesus, I am in the extended wait line waiting on my food my good man Jesus got me a refill for my dr. Pepper. That's going above and beyond to keep customers happy in a long wait. Y'all need to give Jesus a raise as well as have some of your other employees look at his direction on how to treat customers . Jesus appreciate your service brother, you have restored my faith in humanity as well as it made it worth paying a high price for McDonald's, I feel like I actually got my money's worth thanks to you brother. “First of all, this is my favorite store but I typically don’t go on weekends, just happens to be the only place to get food items that aren’t all greasy and meat is cooked well. Always a clean store, always ran well and the cleanest I’ve ever seen I wanted to compliment Manager but that day he was not there. As a matter of fact it’s the only store I go to because the manager runs it very well and I drive from across town to go there and I have a store right next to me. Well today the guy making food looked over his work station when he saw me said “oh my God!” My order wasn’t correct but I didn’t have time to deal with it so I went through drive through to just order another full meal. Then on second order portions were half and menu food items were missing, the girl at window told me “well I don’t make the food!” (Later I find out she is one of the managers) I called to speak to manager and girl at second window (who said, well I don’t make the food!) answered saying she and another manager were there I told her I would come back when actual manager is there. So if she was at window and said “well I don’t make the food”, I would say she isn’t Manager material. The food on second order tasted like soap. So sick of service like this, it’s a trend everywhere you go people working have some kind of self entitled ideology of they don’t think they have to do anything extra even if less is on order, in my opinion makes it simpler to make when it’s less to do; to build order. This doesn’t usually happen here at this store, where people working complain about everything and treat regular customers like trash. Regular or not people have lost what having a work ethic means or they just simply weren’t raised to have one. I will continue to go to this store because during the week it is the best employees and staff always make you feel welcome, not so much on the weekends. I wouldn’t have written this if they fixed my order that was also missing items instead of saying, “well I don’t make the food!”Dietary restrictions: I have these and they typically cater to them without me telling them, no one should have to. People tend to order what they can eat without telling about why they order they way they do.“
