“DeLukas is our new favorite restaurant! The owners, Z and Darina are so passionate about this restaurant and have put their heart and soul into it’s food and atmosphere. The classic Eastern European decor makes us feel like we are back in Croatia, beautiful, relaxing, and unrushed. We are always greeted warmly, and the service is wonderful! The wide variety of food choices, all handmade, make it difficult to choose! Everything we have eaten has just been delicious! We always accompany our meal with a bottle of Croatian wine, equally as delicious! We always recommend this restaurant to our friends!“
“Nice People, Good Food This is for their Daily News Cafe on Belcher. It was a busy Saturday evening and we didn’t have a reservation. The very nice staff found us a place. They took care of us promptly and efficiently in a friendly manner. We started with the Daily News Shrimp appetizer which was delicious. We moved on to the Chicken Marsala which was very good and the Grilled Branzino which was even better. It was nice to have a meal that included some vegetables. That’s hard to find these days. The servings were large enough to have some leftovers—always appreciated. I do wish their wine list was a little better and cocktails would have been nice. In any case, the nice staff make up for any shortcomings. I’ll be back and I’d like to try their other location on Ft Harrison in Clearwater.“
“Went on the dinner cruise tonight in Clearwater- had an amazing time! I had read reviews about how good the food was, and they were spot on! Everything was amazing! Had the pastry and Brie cheese appetizer with pecans- omg it was so delicious! The melted cheese with the buttery pastry and pecans- so good we ordered a second one! My entree was crab stuffed shrimp- out of this world- and my son had the flat iron steak and said he loved it! The icing on the proverbial cake was the cruise itself- so relaxing, watching the sun set over the water in Clearwater- cruising slowly by all the beautiful houses, small island, even saw a few dolphins! And topper of the evening was a DJ who got everyone dancing. Overall, just an amazing experience! The only reason it wasn’t 5 stars was because the bathrooms were very small and a bit tough to navigate in… But it is a boat (ship) after all, so that’s understandable. Overall it was a great evening and experience, and we hope to get back again someday!“

“Last minute decision after driving over from Florida’s East coast to watch the sunset…was the best decision that I had made that day. The room was spacious and affordable. The front desk was helpful and the view with the infinity pool was a bonus. The roof top bar was energetic and fun. There were three bridal parties up there…and one carefree server named Autumn who had everyone’s attention. All in all we will be back!“
“EXCEPTIONAL!!! WOW…. Massimo’s Exceeded our Expectations!!! We were greeted by the beautiful smile of our server Jennifer, who welcomed us in & shared with us the very interesting history of Massimo’s. She shared with us the night’s specials & showed us patience as we asked an array of questions. I have severe food allergies so I spoke with Jennifer about my concerns and the next thing I knew Massimo himself,( the owner & the chef) came to our table to discuss the many options I had where he could accommodate my allergies. All of us at the table were sooo very impressed that during a busy evening Massimo took the time to speak with me personally to discuss creating a meal for me. Dinner was served with a gorgeous presentation & Absolutely DELICIOUS!!!! Chef Massimo made me the Halibut Special with a flavorful garlic sauce, side of sauted vegetables as well as a delightful pasta with red sauce. All four of usdevoured our incredible meals with sheer delight. Jennifer did not miss a beat and kept a close eye on us, keeping our wine & water glasses filled, checking to see how we were doing and if we needed anything at all.
