Most recently they provided the crepes for a combined Super Bowl/Birthday party with 50 people. Their chef was great, the crepes (both entree and dessert) were fantastic. Maria always manages the office side impeccably. They are totally reliable, always timely and clean up afterwards. Highly recommended and we will continue using them for years to come.“

We had just booked our venue and were going back and forth on which caterer to go with, so we went to eat at one of the other caterers' restaurants to see how the food was, and while we were eating, we got a call from Brian. Again, it was so impressive that the quality did not falter while they cooked large volumes of food. This is another factor that sets Bill Hansen apart from any other caterers I have experienced. (My guests STILL talk to me about how good the food was and my wedding was over a month ago!)Lastly, one unique thing that I requested from Sandra was that she provide iced tea to my mom (who drinks iced tea constantly!!) for the wedding day. When we showed up to the event, Sandra had a vat of perfectly brewed iced tea. While many may view this detail as silly/forgettable, Sandra knew this detail was actually very important to us and it showed how much Sandra really did care about the success of our day.THANK YOU SANDRA!!!!“

The venue is historic, making it beautiful and very cozy. We had considered a hotel but when we went to The Coco Plum there was no hotel that could possibly offer the vibe that Coco Plum offers. I was tasked to find a local caterer not knowing the area I just checked reviews on the web 2 days prior. The best decision I ever made was choosing Harvey's barbecue kitchen. The manager Natalie Alexander replied promptly to my request for this large last-minute catering for 54 people. Professional and courteous, she guided me through the application process in a way that made me feel comfortable. I had one hiccup with the delivery location, which, let me tell you was not even an issue because the delivery person "Carla" went above and beyond to make sure that I had our order on time and still hot. She even let me HAVE THE THERMAL delivery bag to keep my food exceptionally hot while we journeyed the additional 1 hour to the venue. Carla was amazing and so kind. She provided last minute instructions for the food and was gone. My family's response "Best food ever". This was real chicken like your mama made on the barbecue in the backyard. Soooo .. good ! The chicken was succulent, the sauce was flavorful, the coleslaw was light and refreshing. Do yourself a favor!
