They ran out of the usual sauce for krab rangoon but she had me try their new sweet chili sauce with them and great recommendation! It was very good. If you had a bad experience, I’m sorry. It happens. But I would definitely try this place again!“
“This is the owner of the restaurant. We do NOT have rodents here. A false accusation was made about our place in order to gain popularity on the internet- a costumer had brought in a mouse and placed it in her food. The animal was brought in by the customer and was NOT placed by our cook. Prior to this, customers have witnessed their absurd behavior and poor attitude as they walked in the store. Not to mention, the customer had even CHECKED her food before leaving. We have been inspected by the Health department and the reports are PUBLIC. The inspector had told us the report came out good and we will continue to run business regularly. Thank you.“

“When you're on vacations with your entire family you know for a fact we are only eating Chinese cuisine.We found Dim Sum King through Yelp so this was it for our breakfast. It stated that it recently opened in Sarasota so we were like cool let's give it a try!According to my cousin who was getting married this weekend and comes with his wife all the time it's good so we had to give it a try then again there were only two choices for dim sum in Sarasota area.With that being said, dim sum is available all the time. Good soups which come in very big bowls that serve 4-6! We love their seafood and Tofu Soup. Dim Sum selections are heavy on shrimp fillings but everything we tried was good. We had chicken feet, steamed spare ribs in black bean sauce, steamed bbq pork buns, crispy fried sesame balls, pan fried turnip cake, Shu Mai, Hong Kong style egg tarts, crispy baked boq pork buns (wayyyy too sweet for me), deep fried taro cake, steamed rice beef rolls, Portuguese style creme brûlée tart (to die for! 50o delicious), sticky rice, and the list goes on, mind we were about 30 of us almost filled up the entire restaurant!Service was extremely slow and some waiters were a bit rude but sometimes slow the kitchen was often slammed with take out especially we went on Friday (food wasn't very fresh) then on Sunday was sooo delicious; go on Sunday's for dim sum!The food itself was delicious so it was worth the occasional wait! Egg rolls are the best I've ever had, lightly battered.Hot and sour soup was also very good and Singapore noodles did not disappoint. “It was through Uber eats so it was a little less hot and a bit chewy, not the restaurant’s fault. I love the way they made the crab rangoons. Maybe not as pretty, but so much easier to eat and you get the filling in every bite! The filling was fantastic too! Orange chicken was too spicy for my kiddo but thankfully we ordered it on the side so we just used some other sauce I had. The spare ribs were fantastic! Absolutely my favorite. Egg rolls were also really good. I love the portions and prices. Definitely our New favorite Chinese food place.“

It was very clean, and our table and chairs looked newer.There weren't a lot of items, but still plenty to choose from, and a nice variety. Quite a few shrimp dishes which we liked. Everything we ate was warm and fresh, and they kept just enough food in each bin, and kept them replenished whenever they got too low. Nothing was overcooked, and was quite tasty. My dad loved the peanut chicken, and my wife loved the shrimp dishes, especially the salt & pepper shrimp, and we all really liked the butter shrimp & zucchini. The potstickers looked homemade and had a very nice flavor.They had a few selections in the fruit and salad bar (though not many salad toppings & only 1 choice of salad dressing that I saw), some mussels and peel & eat shrimp on ice, a few desserts (that my wife enjoyed), as well as several flavors of ice cream.Not a huge selection of sushi, but it makes sense on a slow night. It was all fresh, and mostly the basic choices. The seaweed salad was fresh and very good. I tried a mix of all 3 soups (wonton, egg drop, and hot & sour) and all were quite good. I also enjoyed the shrimp dishes, the pepper steak, and the dish with the big fresh mushrooms in it (I think beef or pork). The General Tso's Chicken was also tasty, though not too spicy. But if you like extra spice on your food, they had numerous choices of hot sauces.We went on a weekday, so it was a bit slow, though there were a few people that came in for takeout. The service was good, but it would be nice to at least see a smile on them. The price ($17.99/person) could probably be $1-$2 lower, but we didn't mind so much, given the number of shrimp dishes, everything tasted good, and I'm sure they're just trying to stay afloat, like many restaurants and small businesses rebounding from the pandemic.
