“I went for my first time and was skeptical about it given the reviews. But honestly I was not disappointed. Got chicken fried rice and was so good and the yumyum sauce was really good too. They ran out of the usual sauce for krab rangoon but she had me try their new sweet chili sauce with them and great recommendation! It was very good. If you had a bad experience, I’m sorry. It happens. But I would definitely try this place again!“
“Good sushi not the hibachi dinner. Small portion and not made right. Tasted like a rookie made it. Both meat and rice were awful. Soup watered down yuk. Language barrier big time. Wait staff brought wrong drinks. Every one is nice and works hard. I would only go back for sushi.UPDATE: The best sushi lunch special around. Great rolls, salad and miso. The wait staff are great, very nice and quick. Decided to give it another try and has been consistently very good.“
“Dined here for the first time today. I had the most BEAUTIFUL and fresh display of sushi. It was absolutely delicious! The atmosphere is quaint while upscale. The staff, as well as the owner, were present and attentive. I will definitely be coming again to try the many artistic rolls they offer. Thank you for a wonderful evening.Kid-friendliness: Highly accommodating to children of all ages.“
“Not only was the food authentic and delicious but the staff was extremely attentive. We had Sylvia has our server, she was very friendly and knowledgeable of the menu. They also had a nice kids selection which I appreciate when dining with my young children . We very much enjoyed our meal and will be returning soon.“
“Great menu, decently priced, lots of options, intimate atmosphere, food was cooked properly and tasted great. Would be a good unassuming/chill date night where time for conversation is desired and given. If you're wanting something quicker, they seemed to have an efficient Togo operation in place and my wife and I saw many carry out customers come and go during our hour and half visit.Update*tried to order takeout this evening and was denied service because they were "too busy". So I guess what appeared to be an efficient Togo operation was not in fact. Still a good date night spot but takeout service is hit or miss at best.“
“The avocado roll was a simple yet satisfying vegetarian option. The fresh, creamy avocado was the star, complemented by the slightly crisp nori wrapper. While not the most exciting roll, it delivered on its promise of avocado-filled goodness. The avocado was ripe and buttery without being overly mushy. A great choice for those looking for something light and healthy. The salmon roll was a standout item. The fish was incredibly fresh and high-quality. Each piece was a delicious bite of tender, fatty salmon that practically melted in your mouth. The roll was well-constructed with a perfect rice to fish ratio. The crisp nori provided a savory contrast to the richness of the salmon. Overall, an excellent representation of a classic sushi roll. The spicy tuna roll packed plenty of flavor and had a nice kick of heat. The tuna was chopped into a spicy mixture with a blend of chili sauce and spices. While very flavorful, the tuna retained its fresh taste and texture without being overpowered by the spicy components. The roll was generously filled and the rice held everything together nicely. A great option for those who enjoy a little heat. The miso soup was a soul-warming accompaniment. The dashi broth had an excellent umami flavor from the miso paste. It struck a perfect balance between savory and slightly salty. The tender cubes of tofu and wakame seaweed added textural contrast. Simple but comforting, the miso complemented the sushi rolls nicely. It's the kind of soup that makes you feel good after eating it.Overall, Mizu Sushi delivered on freshness and quality. The sushi rolls, especially the salmon and spicy tuna, were highlights. And the miso soup provided the perfect final savory note. A solid neighborhood sushi spot.#PurnellMediaSolutions #MizuSushi #Sushi #SushiRolls #AvocadoRolls #SalmonRolls #SpicyTuna #MisoSoup“
“We ordered the chicken hibachi bowl with fried rice and the sesame chicken bowl with noodles. both were delicious and plentiful! the service was friendly, welcoming and attentive, the atmosphere was laid back and quiet, we will definitely be back.“
“We had the hibachi grill and it was excellent. The chef was great too! As the grill was heating up he entertained us by flipping and twirling spatulas, an egg, and even tossed a piece of food so a diner could catch it in her mouth. He cooked everything to perfection on the grill in front of us. It was a fun evening and we are already talking about returning.“
“Great spot to get some quick grub for a fair price. I went went with their lunch special and yakisoba, which was so delicious considering I’d never had it before. The rolls were spectacular, although I preferred the spicy crab roll over the shrimp tempura personally, as the ingredients seem to bring out more flavor when combined.Quick service and friendly people behind the register round this joint up as a solid sushi spot, highly recommend it!“
“This place is awesome! One of the best sushi spots we’ve tried. The Little Tokyo, Sakura and carmen rolls were all delicious. The staff was so friendly and went above and beyond. The fried ice cream made my sons day! We will definitely be coming back here on our next Florida vacation“
“The presentation of the food was pretty amazing. Service was great. Didn't have to wait on refills and the server was very tentative. The ONLY reason I gave this place a 4 was because 80% of the sushi rolls has either crab or cucumber. I don't eat either. It was hard for me to find a roll that I could eat because I really like sushi rolls. The sashimi was really good. Everyone that came with me really enjoyed the food. Check it out! It was worth going back a 2nd time.“
“WoW! This restaurant is simply amazing. We often go to a Korean BBQ back home thats hard to beat but tonight I must say that I had the best meat, sushis and appetizers ever. The waiter and the owner were so nice and welcoming. I will definitively bring my parents next time. You must try this excellent restaurant.“
“We went on a Friday night during Spring Break so it was rather busy. We were seated immediately, but service took a little while. I suppose the sweet tea was green tea which I’ve had at other establishments. I usually very much enjoy it, but I was not a fan of JPan’s iteration of the beverage. The Miso soup was decent and my husband liked his Tokyo Kiss and Spicy Salmon rolls. But the real winner for the evening was the JPan Beef Teriyaki! So tender and flavorful!! One of the best dishes I’ve had in a long time!Parking: May have to walk a little ways so hopefully you have on comfortable shoes. It really will depend on the time of day/year.“
“They have a good food. I forget the name of the dish that I ordered but I post the picture here. It’s a rice vermicelli. I really enjoyed it. My friend got shrimp fried rice and it was good as well! The service was okay - a bit slow. Looks like only one person working there. I was confused at first why the name is sushi & pho but there is no sushi on the menu. He forget to give the sushi menu.We were sitting next by the tv so it wasn’t a good choice, the atmosphere was okay. Definitely will come back for the food. The price is reasonable.“
“This place is excellent! 4 of us shared several rolls, all different types, each one was better than the other! I would go back here again and again! It’s been one year since I posted the above, and 5 of us just dined here again and again it was excellent! We shared rolls, sashimi, tempura, we had drinks and each item was fabulous! Our server was great, friendly and prompt. We will be back again, next time I will remember to take some pics!“
“I am an accomplished home cook and have very high standards…. almost unrealistically high standards when it comes to food. You might say that I am probably hyper critical of even the smallest errors in any dish which annoys my wife when we get take out.I’ve been to Sushi Hana several times and been extremely pleased each time. The care and artistry of the sushi chefs is both real and impressive. For example, who does not love Crab Rangoon? I have had it from a hundred places and it never fails to be delicious. Even bad versions are still quite good. At Sushi Hama the Crab Rangoon is next level good in flavor, quality and presentation. I am sure they don’t serve any that are bent or deformed as ours were ready for a Michelin star photo shoot of fine food. The crab flavor was amazing. Seems odd to rave over a simple dish but fact is we ordered at least 8 items including rolls, fried rice, seaweed salad and they were all fantastic. Great work, please thank your staff. We will be back.“
“Excellent sushi, great selection of soups, and offer levels of heat if you enjoy spicy. Pineapple fried rice with Chicken and Pad Thai with chicken are my favorites. Atmosphere is a little jammed inside, and they are located in plaza located in the city of Palmetto.“
