Rude cashier in no drive thru. Didn't charge me the correct amount that it said on my McDonald's app.

I found a piece of someone's fake nail in my chicken nugget box last night it was disgusting nasty and first off when I went in there last night The lady at the front counter was extremely rude cause I asked for a 40 piece she went back and pointed at her manager to take my order when I wasn't even being rude ! I won't never come back to this McDonald's again ?

This is supposed be a fast food restaurant, you would that a company like McDonald’s would demand that there restaurants are ran efficiently. I like to go through the drive through when going to work, but I do not have 15 to 20 minutes to wait while the obviously miss managed staff try to figure out what is going on. This morning I finally had to pull out of line and head on to work without breakfast. I will not be coming back to this store.

Waited at the pickup window for 10 mins with the window open and watched 4 employees laughing talking having a great time completely ignoring me. Finally get my drink and the girl walks away. I wait again she finally comes back and tells me to go up to the other window. So I sit and wait another 15 mins at the 2nd window.The chicken sandwich wasn't big enough for a child let alone myself, a full grown man.Even watched carside pickup people wait so long they walked in and got their own food.Go anywhere and I only say that because of the horrible customer service.
Drive thru was so slow. I had to leave before getting to the first window. What a waste of time. I'll have to be hungry until lunchtime. I definitely won't go to this McDonald's again.

Cindy is the best employee here. Super friendly and helpful. Give her a bonus for her excellent customer service. Happy st. Patrick’s Day. However, the ones delivering food to the customers were rude and inefficient. She got the order wrong and did not apologize. Sorry, but Thais was not a good experience.

The man at the drive thru today (March 16, 2024) around 2:45 P.M. was SO rude and obnoxious. I ordered a plain burger and I asked for meat and cheese only. I reiterated for better understanding "No bun, no condiments, MEAT AND CHEESE ONLY please" and the man acted so inconvenienced. He said "NO BUN?" then proceeded to huff and puff like a 3 year old. It literally sounded like a growl when he cried out "UGHHH" CLEAR AS DAY. I couldn't believe my ears. I then informed him that it was for my toddler who is picky, as are most toddlers. At that point I was beyond disgusted. My daughter heard the entire conversation. She actually felt bad and there's no reason my 5 year old should ever feel bad for wanting something HOW SHE LIKES IT. I decided there would be no chance I'd give my money to that establishment. DO BETTER! I hate that it was so strenuous to make a burger with meat and cheese only, especially since it's the easiest order possible. I can't understand why they put the least friendly person at the window to take orders.

I mean, I'm not asking them to be my best friend, but you don't have to make me feel like I'm bothering you by just showing up. Please try to hire some people who are a bit more friendly or at least able to put on a good act.
