I usually order wings from this place, on 8/22/23 I ordered my usual wings and didn’t opened the box until I got home. The wings were burnt, and hard over cooked. When I called back and asked to please remake the wings because these aren’t the wings I ordered, the man said oh yes, I know these are some new wings that we’re trying. He told me he can only give me 50% off new wings. I said I’m not paying for new set of wings. The wings were overcook, burnt and hard. I was very disappointed. The only offer I receive was 50% off. I am totally disappointed, and I do not recommend anyone to eat from this place.

Canadian lady bought this restaurant. She has no idea what she’s doing. She rolled out the dough with a heavy metal roller. Not tossed. This is not NY STYLE PIZZA. More like an easy bake oven pizza. The pizza went in super flat into the oven and came out raw dough. Gross taste. She looked miserable hating her life watching a movie on her phone. While her whole restaurant is falling apart. She needs to do something else with her time because this is not it. This place has gone down. Don’t even bother wasting your time or money here.

I’m from NY and when I first moved here there was two guys in there and pizza was pretty good. But I just revisited and there’s a new owner and she was like oh it’s the same and what not. Pizza is straight garbage.

This is the worst place. No professionalism and incompetency of employees and owner. I ordered a pizza to be delivered. The driver claimed they could not find the place. I gave directions and driver lied and stated they were at the complex and could not find the apartment. We have security and they verified that the driver never came. I sent my daughter to pick up the pizza which they charged me for delivery. i asked for my delivery charge and the tip to be refunded. They advised that they could not refund the charges. I did not get what i ordered and they refused to give me my money back. This is considered theft by taking. The restaurant assistant was filthy and looked like she had not had a bath in months. The restaurant was nasty and roaches crawling around. I just want my money back. You can not keep my money when i did not receive my order. I will also contact the Better Business Bureau. Do not order from this place. not clean and very unprofessional.

New ownership/woman working in the shop was a terrible experience. I asked for a little bit of garlic sauce in a small container for dipping the crust and the woman insisted that I had to pay $1. I had already swiped my credit card to pay for the pizza and told her that I'd have to go back to my car to scrap some change together for the $1 and she still insisted. I then paid $1 for the sauce in dimes and nickels. Never coming back here again. Prior owners/employees were always helpful. Not anymore. This is the first 1 star review I've ever left on google....

Walked in was greeted well and handed a menu. I took several minutes to decide my order and when I approached the older woman she was very friendly until I said, "I have a Groupon" at which point her entire demeanor changed and she started treating me like trash!! She did not respond to my statement at all!! I said, "You act like I just kicked your dog!" She shrugged her shoulders as if to say oh well. I told her she has horrible customer service and walked out. DO NOT VISIT THIS BUSINESS!! THEY WANT THE CASH BUT DO NOT WANT TO HONOR THEIR DEAL!!! Imagine what they might do after a G-pon phone order!!!

I'm not sure if they changed owners or recipes, but I've been coming here all my life, and today as soon as I opened the pizza box I knew something wasn't the same...and here I am trying to eat it and it's literally falling apart because whatever cheese is on it seems not as good as before. Again I'm not sure if they changed their recipe or maybe this pizza just wasn't done right, but I'll try this place one more time and if it's not how it has been for 20 years, I'll have to just find a new pizza place, which will be heartbreaking. I haven't tried the wings yet, I hope those are still made the exact same at least.

Whoever the women taking the orders on the phone is should be FIRED!!!!! We simply call to order and mention we have a Groupon and she says on hold with someone else "JUST COME IN" and HANGSUP!!! EXTREMELY RUDE to my wife. I noticed this happened to another person in the comments and brushed it as a bad day. Clearly its a habit!!! If you dont want people using Groupon then DONT MAKE THEM AVAILABLE!!!!! So now we need to drive there to order and wait because you aren't able to take a place an order ahead of time because of this. Was just trying this place out but with this attitude ill just be going to GIANT PIZZA on Taft St where they respect their customers!!!! Need ZERO Stars!!!!

I called this restaurant to place an order and as soon as she found out I was using a Groupon THEY PUT UP, she said, "come in only, have to take another call!" And hung up! So I went and as soon as I go pay the difference she says, "cash for $5" I said I didn't know we're any rules. I hope th pizaa comes out good cause I probably will NEVER come here again. She was RUDE RUDE RUDE. Regardless of language barriers or cultural differences...RUDE IS RUDE. And she doesn't wear gloves. Didn't wash hands after touching my phone.

I had the same experience as Ms Lofus and the other added reviewers my pizza was disgusting, it was cold and taste horrible, my wings were also cold and tasteless. Plus I got a breaded salad with not even croutons but actually they cut the sandwich bread and add it in, no grilled chicken that I paid for but appears to be added with some old fried chicken.. the quality is very poor , you call to place order and receive no good customer service I will follow the reviews it appears they change management and don't care of giving good quality of food or friendly service. .they say they pride themselves with making a change I guess ey haven't gotten to it not ordering again. I wish I can get my money back.Not coming back . I rather do dominoes anytime
