If you are Latin or Venezuelan, or if you want to try empanadas...this is the right place...for me, one of the best empanadas in Miami and surrounding areas. excellent option for breakfast and lunch...the only thing is that on weekends it is completely full and you have to wait...but that speaks for the quality of what they offer...recommended!!!

I am a person that goes to many restaurants, and as a Venezuelan I love empanadas, they definitely sell the best empanadas in Miami, forget about superarepa, maxiarepa etc, Uchirena is the one that makes the best empanadas.

I felt like I was in a "Venezuelan Lunchería" and it was comfortable, just what we were looking for, the typical little corner selling empanadas, pastries and tequeños that are found throughout Venezuela in many places, for a moment I felt like I was in my native country. The empanadas were delicious, super resolved and with tremendous seasoning, the dogfish and seafood empanadas were one of the best I have ever eaten, the garlic sauce was delicious and the chicha was extraordinary. A traditional, classic, simple and familiar atmosphere. We will surely return soon.

I loved the empanadas at this place. Today I came to buy a seafood empanada and a chicha. I drove 20 minutes to get here, they didn't make me the seafood empanada and the chicha was so sweet that I couldn't pass it. I told the Manager that I couldn't drink the chicha because it was so sweet and if she could please change it for me. And he said no because I asked for it like that with condensed milk and sprinkles. I explained to him that I always ordered the chicha that way, but that in this case the base chicha was already too sweet and he told me no, that I ordered the chicha that way and that if I wanted to buy another one and he would leave it for me at half the price. I thought it was a lack of respect and the worst service to the public! I don't come to this place anymore. They don't value their clientele. I will look for another place to buy my hallacas this December.I drove 20 minutes from Plantation and then 20 minutes back and ran out of chicha and empanada. What makes me most disappointed is that this makes me agree with people who say that Venezuelan restaurants have the worst customer service. Very disappointed. It is unfortunate that we continue to give this image, it is unfortunate that we are not able to adapt and provide quality service. If anyone knows of a Venezuelan restaurant that understands that the customer is the most important thing, please let me know ☹️

I have been a customer of Uchureña for many years and it seems disrespectful on the part of Yoli, the girl who ordered a chicha with chocolate chips and lollipops and then returns with an attitude saying that she doesn't like it because it is sweet, starting with the fact that the chicha is sweet and put those accompaniments. The will be even more. They are unconscious people and they ordered seafood. I also asked for seafood. I was told that it was... finished. She tries to discredit the uchireňa, which is one of my favorite places. Like the food, the atmosphere and the attention, that's why I put this comment after hers. So you know how rude this person is... a little respect... please.

a lot of messpersonal lacklack of ventilation, it comes out smelling like oil.long delay in delivering orders by phone

The most expensive hot dog in history, not good, and the cashier was more attentive to her phone than her customers. They can improve. But the pavilion-operated empana, I totally recommend it, very good.

(Review in English at the end)The food is very good, the cakes and empanadas are very good, we tried the dogfish, seafood and pabellon. Very good flavor. What they have to improve is the organization, they do not count the order to be sure that you are going to get what you ordered. We ordered golfed and if we did not check we did not realize that they were not there, we reminded them and they told us that they were not there (why don't they say it when delivering the order?) We asked for a refund and because they were very busy they did not want to return the money, at the In the end we had to order cakes to compensate. The food is very good, especially the cakes and empanadas; we tried the shark, seafood, and pavilion ones. Great flavour. What they need to improve is the organization; they don't double-check the order to make sure you get what you asked for. We ordered golfados, and if we hadn't checked, we wouldn't have noticed they were missing. When we reminded them, they said they didn't have any (why didn't they inform us when delivering the order?). We asked for a refund, but because they were busy, they were reluctant to return the money. In the end, we had to order more cakes as compensation.

I always come to eat here because the food is excellent but the treatment at the checkout from one of the girls always has a bad face and makes you feel a little bad. It's not the first time it happens, it's always. If you don't like your job, find another one.
