This is a non-existing company. The Brio restaurant takes orders and fulfills them, but only if they have the supplied ingredients. Brio does not use their own ingredients, so if the "ghost" company has not supplied sufficient ingredients, your paid sandwich will not exist and you'll have to ask for a refund through the portal you ordered from. Horrible. Ordered for pick up and it took over an hour for 1 sandwiches. I was waiting there and they were “making the last sandwich” for 45 minutes… this isn’t even a real location it’s some ghost kitchen inside brios. It also has beast burgers being made there. I wasn’t the only person waiting an insane amount of time for one or two sandwiches. The food is just a little worse than what you can get inside a mall food court but for double the price… not worth your...read full review

Boy, did I make the mistake from ordering from this place. The worse. Tasted like a grilled cheese sandwich, not a Philly chicken cheesesteak. It wasn’t even like the cheese sauce advertised, and had like 4 little squares of chicken. Never again!
