Churches is one of those places that always has great chicken. I only wish they would spend a little bit of money on the building. It always looks fairly dirty and the workers are not the most friendly people. I understand today it's difficult to find people who want to work so you get what you get. The staff here is very nice, although it seems that they are overworked. I overheard one lady saying she often has to work 12 hour shifts (I can't imagine working a fast food shift for 12 hours, there are some really tough people in this industry).The food is good and the staff is always nice to me. My Mom used to take me to this Church's location when I was a kid, and as an adult, I still come here at least a couple of times a month. I don’t know what reviewers are talking about but the lady who served me was very friendly and helpful. The chicken was fresh. I forgot to order my jalapeños but she was so nice she brought them out to me! The only negative I could say is that the place needs some TLC. I know Church’s chicken so I wasn’t deterred. I love their honey biscuits.
