Made an online order that was supposed to be ready at 3:30 it is now 4:10 and the food still is not ready. No one is in the drive through and two people inside waiting on food. Customer service is very rude. Food is still not ready and we are getting treated as if we’re an inconvenience. I definitely am not where I belong and I most certainly will not be back! As far as the food tasting decent I wouldn’t know as we are still waiting. I might need to dispute this transaction with my bank at this point. Not happy but that apparently does not matter.Edit: The cook handed us the food and was nice and the manager gave us some tea and apologized. The rest of the staff I just don’t know about. Whew that was draining.

First and last time going to this 1..first of all the workers looked so confused on what they were doing. Food was ok ..missing items they gave me 2 of the items that was missing I didn't realize there was other things missing until I got back to my location.Never going back to this location when come back to

Completed an online order about 45 minutes before store closed. When I got to the store they were completely out of white meat, biscuits and mashed potatoes. I spoke to the manager and she told me that if I waited then she would complete my order to include everything that was on my receipt. My order included 2 breast, 2 wings, 2 legs, and 2 thighs, large mashed potatoes and 4 biscuits. I ended up getting 6 short thighs, 4 legs with macroni and cheese. Called Church's customer service to complain and have yet to hear from them.

The experience is usually always bad because the service is so slow, and the chances of you actually getting what you ordered is very slim, but last Tuesday was even worse they close at 10:00 and I get over there at before 9:00 and get to the drive-in window and get told that they're out of chicken. I'm like how can a chicken restaurant be out of chicken ? over an hour before they closed, when that's what they do is chicken? ? And then there's why didn't they just close their doors early and turn off their lights, so that long lines would not form through the drive-through Lane? Anyways they lost a lot of business that that night because cars were steadily stacking up. Just thought I'd post this for everybody especially the owners so they can know what's going on when they're not there.

I don’t know what reviewers are talking about but the lady who served me was very friendly and helpful. The chicken was fresh. I forgot to order my jalapeños but she was so nice she brought them out to me! The only negative I could say is that the place needs some TLC. I know Church’s chicken so I wasn’t deterred. I love their honey biscuits.
Churches is one of those places that always has great chicken. I only wish they would spend a little bit of money on the building. It always looks fairly dirty and the workers are not the most friendly people. I understand today it's difficult to find people who want to work so you get what you get. It's just that a thank you sometimes goes a long ways. I know I always say it! And does it cost anything? Or is it difficult to say? Maybe just something for the employees and manager to think about.
