“We havent had a Hardees in Cincinnati, Ohio since about 96' so I had to stop for a good Ole Frisco burger meal on a roadtrip from Destin with my family. The store was clean. The staff was very nice to my family. Not so much toward each other. As two staffers were full on verbally insulting each other. In the mist of my order was rang up incorrectly and I had to come back in to have it fixed. Other than that, and the portion sizes for the $40 I spent over-rall a good experience.“
“FAST and friendly service. This Hardees is on it - at least the morning crew is. They had my food to me as soon as they swiped my card. The food quality was also better than expected for fast food. The biscuits were warm and fluffy. All around fantastic fast food and drive through experience.“
“We live in NW Pensacola and all of the Hardee's that are close to us, close at 2pm, which is very disappointing. I did some research and found this location, is still open until 9pm. We love the, Mushroom Swiss Burgers, so we drove the extra15-20 miles to go here. Not sure why the reviews are so bad, as we had a great experience today. The food was delicious as usual, and the girl who took our order, was so sweet and friendly. While we were eating, we could hear the manager (an African-American woman), talking to the employees, and she sounded like the type of manager that all employees everywhere need. Very professional and uplifting to the employees, even if they made a mistake. Will definitely drive the extra miles to eat here again!

“The quickest and most polite service I've ever had at a drive through window. So nice and friendly, food hot and ready in a flash at 6:45 a.m. The cashier on my receipt says Pamela and order number 321369 however it was a young man at the window that took my order and told me to have a blessed day. :)“
