And I love Jersey Mike's. Sandwich taking apart. Obviously didn't pay attention when taking my order. Totally missed stuff and it tastes like it was soaked in vinegar. I feel like going back and taking my money back out of the tip jar

Asked for a gluten free sub and the guy behind the counter rolled his eyes and had a pissy attitude the rest of the time ordering, both workers only half listened when we were trying to order.. by the time we finally got our food I was so disgusted with this place I couldn't even eat and was ready to go home!

This is by far the best location in Pensacola! My fiancé is celiac, and the staff always takes so much care when preparing his sandwich! They always go out of their way to eliminate chances of cross contamination to the best of their ability, even when they’re busy. The staff is great, very welcoming and kind. The food is fresh, delicious, and fast. 10/10 recommend this location!Dietary restrictions: Offer gluten free bread and has a separate preparation station for all gluten free! Really appreciate everything they do to make sure anything with celiac or gluten free is taken care of!

Went in there today and not a single staff person acknowledged that my husband and myself was there. We stood at the order spot for about 15 minutes and not a single person asked for our order. We left and went to the Jersey Mike's on Airport Blvd. Where we were greeted with such great enthusiasm. This our new favorite Jersey Mike's!

Food was fine, but listening to the employee talk to a customer who had been waiting 45 MINUTES for his food in the way he was made me want to not return. “Do you see there are only two of us? I told you it was almost ready”Certainly not even close to good customer service, save your time and go somewhere else
