“I have been going to this McDonald's for years because it is the closest location to my work. It used to be one of the worst but it has seriously turned it around with a change in staff. I have had a lot of multiple run ins with the new staff, and manager even, and had nothing but great experiences. The food has been prepared well and I no longer get hung up on long wait times like before. This place really turned it around. I am a bit nervous as they hired a new younger girl with glasses who was very rude, but I am hoping that given the rest of the location being as improved as it is, that this won't be much of an issue. I think this will still remain my favorite mcdonalds branch in pensacola.“
“My daughter loves to come here to play on the indoor playground. The service is good and food is good.Kid-friendliness: The indoor playground is safe and fun for the kids. There are tables in the play area so parents can watch their kids playing at all times. Most of the time, the parents do a good job supervising their children. Good environment.“
“My friends and I arrived on our motorcycles around cleaning and closing time. A line formed behind us that started wrapping around the building. Not only did they quickly get their stuff together, take, process, and deliver every order an employee named Jasmine was phenomenally kind and upgraded our order for us for our long wait. They made us feel valued and I didn’t see a single unhappy customer. They simply just did things right and that’s a lot to say about any fast food restaurant let alone one that’s just about to close for the day.“

“Okay, folks. It's McDonald's. The food is what it is. Service was fast enough, but ordered a plain hamburger Happy Meal and it came with ketchup, mustard, pickles, and slivered onions. Not the end of the world, but aggravating. Food was hot and fast, though.“

“As always McDonalds is most concerned about getting the customer out! Their concern is to get people out asap. So bathroom is sketchy here. But service is good. Coffee is excellent but not for soon I here they are going to use cheaper watered down coffee and has started in Georgia already.“
“I was waiting in drive thru (it was extremely busy) & overhead the car beside me rudely refuse to wait when the employee asked her to give her just a minute. It was obvious they were slammed & really trying to take care of the customers. The “Karen” customer at the drive had the employee almost in tears, Btw, The employee was a 17-year-old in training (How many 17-year-olds even want to work these days?). Anyway, the Karen lady at the drive-thru yelled something nasty & drove off. I was very impressed with how the manager diffused the situation & maintained professionalism with staff and customers. It’s obvious everywhere we go today people are shortstaffed, a little patience & kindness will go along. This situation occurred at approximately 6:00 PM today, I hope McDonald’s higher ups appreciates the staff and management on this shift.“

“Food tastes like it does at every other McDonald's but service here was relatively fast for lunch rush. The line of cars waiting in the drive thru practically wrapped the building & 5-6 ppl were standing inside at the counter waiting for their order, but it took no more than a few minutes to get mine. I was impressed with the speed & efficiency that food orders came out considering how busy they were. It's rare to see.“
“well I stopped by there today with my son & ordered the spicy chicken ?sandwich, my son ordered a six piece chicken nuggets Happy meal We waited for about 10 minutes and my order came up and then the man told me they had just dropped the spicy chicken and I mentioned I had ordered quite some time ago & glad I wasn't in a rush, he apologized and said there was some new kids working back there. I then waited another 15 minutes probably before the sandwich finally came out He apologized when he handed it to me for taking so long and told me he had another one coming in just a few minutes, well let me tell you that's the first time in a very long time that I've been compensated for having to wait in a so-called fast food place,It is the right thing to do although it's hardly ever done anymore. My hat goes off to this man I don't know if he was the owner or just the manager I should have asked his name but I was needing to leave by the time we were finished I had to go pick up my daughter from school so I didn't have time to get his name He is the gentleman in the picture below He did an excellent job excellent customer service He has earned a customer at that location from his kindness and his correct response to the problem. “This is the cleanest McDonald's I have ever been to including one of the first McDonald's in Columbus Ohio in 1961! The young man serving me was very good and fast. The senior lady cleaning was as charming and helpful as the best waitress I have ever had. She was diligently cleaning with vigor. Makes me feel safe in these times if COVID and worst flu season ever. These two genuinely want McDonald's on Creighton Road to be the best. As a nurse I appreciate this. They are also aware of the service dogs laws and rules.Thanks mc d coffee was good too!“
