I had a service technician come out and spend 2 hours asking stupid questions about my broken freezer and then he said he had to order parts. He returned in 2 weeks with a part and took several hours and could not repair freezer. He left hand written invoices with no pricing on every visit. Since the original call, I have received 2 invoices in the mail for thousands of dollars in expenses and still no repair on freezer. The office has no idea what part I bought and the service technician was rude.

Awful experiences with this company. Brand new cooler showed up damaged and with no coolant. They refused to replace it. They have been out no less than 10 times to work on it. 3 year warranty and I threw my hands up after 2 when they told me to start dealing with the manufacturer directly. Terribly unprofessional. Do not use this company!
