DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. PANHANDLE RESTAURANT SERVICES IS GOING OUT OF BUSINESS. THEY ABANDONED MY FREEZER REPAIR HALFWAY THRU PROJECT. THEIR OFFICE IS CLOSED AND EMPTY. PANHANDLE RESTAURANT SERVICES IS A MESS!
Awful experiences with this company. Brand new cooler showed up damaged and with no coolant. They refused to replace it. They have been out no less than 10 times to work on it. 3 year warranty and I threw my hands up after 2 when they told me to start dealing with the manufacturer directly. Terribly unprofessional. Do not use this company!

I had a service technician come out and spend 2 hours asking stupid questions about my broken freezer and then he said he had to order parts. He returned in 2 weeks with a part and took several hours and could not repair freezer. He left hand written invoices with no pricing on every visit. Since the original call, I have received 2 invoices in the mail for thousands of dollars in expenses and still no repair on freezer.
