I have been here several times and the front counter lady is extremely rude! Stay away from this place, unless you regularly come here, and she knows you. The food seems to be questionable too. Plain yellow fried rice and small little egg rolls.

Ordered off Uber Eats and had the worse food. They blame it on Uber Eats for not downloading the proper menu YET the food was horrible. Biggest re4d flag is the fried rice is a Saffron rice NO where NEAR a fried rice. Second they charge you for each additional vegetable for the Hibachi. So for $14 I got broccoli and chicken and a bland white rice. NO options on the menu to add cabbage or carrots, etc. The cashew chicken was min chicken and TONS of celery. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

I had hopes that this would be different than those other take out Chinese quick fast food. It had her recommended to me by a foodie friend. Ordered a variety of different foods. Fried rice- yellow bland , tofu dish- overly salted. Flat. Lacking flavor. Vegetable stiirfry had different veggies in it but overcooked to the same texture and overly salty. A sad true disappointment

I have been here several times and each time the front female clerk clearly has a volatile disposition that’s become intolerable. I’m not sure what her problem is; and even once inquired hoping to figure out her issues - nothing but rudeness. Stands to reason why the place never has any customers and looks like it is one inspection shy of being closed down by the health department. Steer clear unless you’re into paying money for being treated poorly.

I recently ordered takeout from Shanghai II, a Chinese restaurant that I've visited in person before and loved. I was a bit hesitant about ordering takeout, as I wasn't sure how the food would hold up during the transport, but I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the dishes when I got home.I ordered a few of my favorite dishes, including the orange chicken, vegetable fried rice, and egg drop soup. The food was packaged well, and everything was still hot when I arrived home. I was happy to see that the portions were still generous, even though I had opted for takeout. Now, on to the taste! The orange chicken was sweet and tangy, with just the right amount of spice. The vegetable fried rice was packed with fresh veggies and had a wonderful savory flavor. And the egg drop soup was the perfect starter, with a delicate flavor and a comforting warmth.Overall, I was very pleased with my takeout experience at Shanghai II. The food was still just as delicious as it was when I dined in person, and the ordering and pickup process was easy and efficient. If you're looking for some delicious Chinese takeout, I highly recommend giving Shanghai II a try!

I recently visited Shanghai II, a Chinese restaurant that quickly became one of my new favorite spots in town. The restaurant has a classic, cozy vibe that I found really inviting. As I walked in, I was greeted by the friendly staff who directed me to a comfortable table. Although there were no waiters, the service was still excellent. The staff was attentive and made sure that everything was to my liking. Now, on to the food! I ordered a variety of dishes, including the sesame chicken, lo mein, and hot and sour soup. Each dish was carefully crafted and tasted absolutely delicious. The flavors were rich and perfectly balanced, and the portion sizes were just right.Overall, I had a wonderful experience at Shanghai II. The classic atmosphere and delicious food make this restaurant a must-visit for anyone looking for authentic Chinese cuisine. I highly recommend trying it out for yourself!

I absolutely love Shanghai 2. The people are always friendly (they call and confirm your online order), the honey chicken is AMAZING, and their cream cheese wontons are always filled and yummy. Only place I order from!

WORST SERVICE EVER. Haven’t even received my food yet but just ordering the lady was yelling and not helping with the menu. I would ask a question and she would tell me read it the menu, that’s how it comes. Then I couldn’t understand if she was saying lunch or large special and she continued to YELL at me at the top of her lungs. She was very inpatient and continuously roller her eyes. Glad I’m just driving by because I’m never coming here again.DO NOT COME.

Sad. You don't want Chinese food from here tonight. Go get some tacos or something. Weird burnt eggrolls. Plain yellow "fried rice"?? Dry stringy chicken in the General Tso. Lackluster assortment of veggies in the chicken with garlic sauce. Bland greasy watery and overcooked lo mein. No hot chili oil.
