Everytime I have eaten here or gotten food to to go it has been excellent. The service from the greeter to the wait staff is always on point. I always get the Mongolian Beef because it’s the best I’ve ever eaten and I can’t make myself try any thing Néw. I am going to try the Generals Chicken one day though. The Mongolian Beef is so tender a baby could chew the beef. The flavor is spot on. Beautiful interior.

We waited for over 20 min to get seated. Then they put us in a room no one came to give us any water or anything for another 30 min. We got up and left. And no one noticed. Might be due to extreme short staffing. But a very unpleasant experience.

Very spacious and beautiful inside, the staff was pleasant and professional. They have a bar with a big TV, which is separated by a glass and Teak curtain from the dining area. Adequate parking outside right off the main route to the Airport. I had Hot and Sour soup which was very good, the House Ramen accompanied by a delicious cucumber salad. I drank hot Jasmine Tea which was very pleasant. I had fried ice cream for desert which I really didn't care for because it was mint ice cream which I hate. But overall it was a great dining experience in Pensacola Florida and quite reasonably priced

I picked my husband up from the airport this afternoon and instead of going to a place we know and can depend on like George's for lunch which is right down the street, he wanted to get Chinese food. I went on yelp to find a restaurant and this one had mixed reviews but some food so we tried it. We ordered moo shu pork and Mongolian beef, both were delivered to our table appealing to the eye but unfortunately lacking in taste. The restaurant itself had decent atmosphere and appeared to be clean but the food not so much!! If it just had some good flavor it would've been fine, I don't understand why that is such an issue in a restaurant. To have tasteful dishes?????? Go figure!

Fresh food, friendly service and more than enough food for the money. Very good Food at a reasonable price. Not overly crazy about the calamari or I would of given it a full five stars.

We had a delightful experience at TaiPei Asian Cuisine, a beautifully decorated restaurant in Pensacola on a Sunday night. Picture below are the Hot and Sour Soup (5/5) and Egg Drop Soup (3.5/5) which both came with our entrees. We got the Chicken in Black Bean Sauce with vegetables and rice which was spicy but absolutely delicious with a very generous portion size. Also, the Chuck’s Famous Ramen. This is why they get a five star. The Ramen was so spicy the first time it came out. The customer service by the waiter and the staff was excellent. They corrected it no problem and bent over backwards to make us happy, including management and the chef checking on us and getting us a new dish. They gave a complimentary dessert for my relatives birthday as well for each of us. A great experience. Five stars.

First timers at TaiPei, and we are definitely adding it to our restaurant rotation. The flavors were mild and subtle but delicious. I typically gravitate towards extremely spicy food, but the dishes were so good that I did not miss the spice at all. Having traveled to Taipei and much of Asia, I am happy to discover this gem here in the Panhandle. My hot sour soup came with my meal, and it was just right. My husband was upcharged for wonton soup $8, but he said it was worth it, and having sampled it, I agree. My favorite was the pork belly stew. It's a fatty dish, but it's supposed to be that way, so don't order it if you only eat lean meat.

First visit today. The flavor was not what I was expecting. Pork belly was good, but heavy on the five spice Orange Beef had a nice crisp texture but too spicy. The Lo Mein was flavorless. Ambiance is nice. Will return to try other dishes.

I wanted so much more from my dining experience. Our first time and it was very underwhelming.PROS:The hostess staff was pleasant. The decor was beautiful.CONS:The waitress couldn't remember our dishes, she was not efficient, she never asked how our food was or came back to ask if we needed anything. My elderly mother order a soup dish and no where did the menu state it was spicy. My mom couldn't even eat it.My daughter ordered the pork belly bowl and 2/3 of the bowl was rice. My daughter is not a fan of rice and asked if she could substitute noodles for the rice. I even stated I would pay extra. The waitress told her she could not substitute any of the ingredients of the dishes.I ordered a few different appetizers and most were greasy (swimming), they were delivered cold and nothing was a standout. The sake tasted watered-down.We were never given a lunch menu...or told about any lunch specials. However, upon leaving, we saw a sign ( which was NOT UP when we arrived!) With "Lunch Specials " for the day. Which I would have ordered, as well as everyone else in my party.I can't recommend this place if you are wanting a good dining experience. It was our first (and probably our last) visit to this restaurant.

We started off with the Hot & Sour soup, followed by General Tsao's Chicken, Chicken with Black Bean sauce, Egg Plant and chicken, all served family style, and all excellent. I'm not sure we got the right dish, as the General Tsao Chicken was breaded, but the dish was excellent and enjoyed by all at the table. We all agreed that we'll be back here many times and we will recommend this place far and wide.

Amazing food!! My daughter said it was the best Orange Chicken she has ever had and she loves orange Chicken. The pan fried tofu was amazing too. Highly recommend. We are so happy to find you!!

This place's dining room is horrible. The lighting is bad, the seating is bad. I feel like I'm in a horror film dining here. Not a good vibe. Please do something with the lighting. I used to Live in Taipei, Taiwan so I was very excited about trying this place. When I did, I was very disappointed. I hope that the food gets better bc most of the dishes I have tried were bad to meh. I sent a couple back. Now, the cucumber salad is amazballs. Just like I like it. GET IT! :)... The Wonton dumpling soup broth is typical wonton broth with sesame oil flavor very nice but the dumplings were horrific, they tasted old & dry. Yuck. I make scratch made wonton dumpling soup all the time & something is very wrong with these. Please make fresh dumplings. The vegan eggplant is also very good. Will update my review soon.

Ordered two apps, two entrees. One entree comes first then an app, the second entree, then 15 min later the last app. The last app was pan fried dumplings, they were all stuck together as one, I asked for the manager, his response don't act like a fool, I will make it again. No thanks, it was an app and only a fool would serve that! Another Pensacola restaurant doomed!
