Bad timing because they're truck didn't show up... But the young men working made up for the in convenience with great customer service... That eye give 5 stars by itself, so we were able to still enjoy our meal and site seeing adventures.
The dude working the counter did not acknowledge anyone in line until it was 4 people deep. I was 3rd in line and waited about 5 minutes before even getting eye contact. I don't know how long the two in front of me were there. The guy behind me left before my order was taken. He was also very rude and expected me to know about the changes in products you guys carry when I haven't been to a subway in about 3 months.Reminded me why I haven't been to a subway in 3 months.

I walked in to pick up an online order and was immediately greeted with "It's not ready yet!" even though I had not given my name or said why I was there. Two young teenagers had two different radios on two different stations blasting. While I was waiting a gentleman walked in and was greeted in a similar manner with "It's going to be a minute!". No Hi or Welcome. ??
