Never, never, get anything at this store. You have been warned. Just read the reviews. And do not order through the app for this store. Total lack of management. Out of almost everything, especially bread!!!! Really, bread!!!!! Even bags for the subs to go in. I walked carrying 3 subs and 3 cookies in my hands. Plus, the parking lot is so small.

I ordered online from this location to get 2 subs with no lettuce and a note that said sorry no lettuce. I did appreciate the note but a phone call to change my order or cancel would have been better.

Not going to tell whole story, but there tonight at 9:19 pm, for 2 subs online, doors closed, they did not have them. Have tried here for 5 years, not different, have contacted corporate. Always have problem here. Go to the Park and 49th store, no problems in 40-50 times. My wife will not go to 7099 66th street Subway, mess up orders on line, will not take BOGO, 3 times they wanted cash, can't do credit cards. I will not go here again, makes me mad Worse Subway I've ever been too, hope they would get their act together!!!!!!

I want to complain again, online it does not show store #, I believe it's #6234, Address is 7099 66th street Pinellas Park Florida. Going back 9/17/17, we had problems closed at 11:50am.3/2/20 My wife ordered BOGO, was not rice, not correct pickles,olives, but was on receipt, 8/9/20 not correct prices, 5/15/23 not all items per on line, it's away a problem,6/19/23, bogo not right, $17.95, my wife paid anyway, 11/11/23 not correct. What is a pain is it's very close, two blocks away and there is always problems, 3 times in the past the credit card reader did not work, we were asked "to pay cash", who carries cash? Then tonight at 9:03 I ordered on line 2 subs, an Italian and a veggie, BOGO it shows online $8.98 with tax. I printed, the computer locked up, said it would be done by 9:15, I went there, doors locked at 9:19, the short girl answered, and said "we are closed" I said on line it would be ready by 9:15, she could not find the order. I shows Visa card ending in 9933, if I am charged you will know. I had to drive up there with my dog to pick these up, and for my wife, who was pissed, and I did not get anything for this weekend. Why do I ever have so may problems with this Subway. I wonder how many other people you make mad on this Subway, I guess I'll go on line. I never get this mad. I guess like I saw on Judge Judy, today, just don't go there. You might as well close this Subway, I have told all my friends the problems, but I keep trying to keep local open. I have never had a problem at the Subway at Park and 49th street, the Best Subway I've ever been to over 50 times. I guess the drive to this one will be well worth it!

Ambiguous Audio

Always understaffed. Management must be terrible. I keep giving the place another chance, but it seems like they're just never gonna hire more people. Always a huge line, and even when there isn't, it's just one person so no online orders are ever filled.

Sorry to say the service is Bad. I guess the manager has some health issue, she was extremely slow in taking the order. May need more employees to help her get things sorted.

If I could give no stars I would but I had to give one to write this review. Horrible customer service, this lady needs to be retrained. Reading other comments I really hope this is not the manager because oh boy subway if she is you are in deep trouble. Horrible attitude which in turn, horrible sub, super bad. We could not even eat it. she yelled to us and slammed the sandwich like it hated her life. Lady get a breather. or retire. Do not go there if you have a happy soul. that is all. If they keep hiring people like that, there will be no subways little by little. shame
