Ordered 3 meals. The kids meal only had fries in the box. Was told they can't do anything about it. I live approximately 30 minutes from the location. You take my money and keep the food. Your store owes me a refund.

Food is decent, but half the time I go to eat there the dining room is closed. Today was the LAST time I am wasting my time going to this establishment. Don't want your dining room open, fine. You don't want me as a customer and you got your wish.

That gm refused me service because I quit……im basically a customer. I worked there for 2 years and I was just tryna get a wings n things man. Refusing money and sold product is honestly crazy…. maybe her and bsbc need to take accountability for the way they treat their employees instead of worrying about being petty and “refusing service”.

By far the worst Zaxby’s in FL, and possibly the entire country. Every time I’ve gone to this Zaxby’s in the past 3 months I’ve had issues. Cold food, super long waits (had to ask my order over 5X then forgetting completely until I went inside), and the food is not as good as other Zaxby’s. Seems they are not following the QA steps and procedures that most Zaxby’s follow. I live near this location, and will drive 10 mins away to another location now to avoid this location.

I normally don’t have an issue with Zaxby but tonight the food was cold so I called up there and Kelly the manager took no accountability but instead said that can’t be. Then proceeded to tell me the food is under a heater so it can’t be expected to be hot although the recording says the food is made fresh to order. Like what did I miss. Just a little advice when a customer a paying customer at that calls to give you feed back you should acknowledge it and apologize. It wasn’t like we were asking you to replace our meals but that should’ve been an option. Definitely thinking twice about going back because service is everything and speaks volumes!

This location is absolutely terrible!! I waited over 10mins in the “could you pull in to the first spot over there and we’ll have your food right out” , before having to go inside and ask for my order. Handed the young man (who was trying to be nice) my receipt, he hands me a bag with part of the order missing. When I ask about it, magically it’s made in less than 1 minute. My receipt is now missing (actually given to another customer in the drive thru getting their food). Yeah and my grilled chicken sandwich had the greasiest bun I have ever had - gross!!They probably won’t care to lose my family as a customer, but really people - get your act together!!It’s sad that this type of non-service “because we are short staffed” has become acceptable!

So Callaha took our order in drive thru and gave us our food. Rudest, meanest, un friendly person ever. Literally gave my wife a death glare when she asked a question. Oh and when you respond asking how you can resolve the issue, fire her. You cannot not address situations and expect different results. Shame on you.
