I'm not the biggest fan of this location. I have a hit or miss relationship with this location. There's employees that enjoy their job and care about the customers there one day and then the next there's employees you simply don't care just punch in their order, complain that they have to make it, and make faces of like dumbfounded looks when the customers are ordering. This was our first time at this Dunkin and everything was perfect. We came in with our service dog and got a pup cup and some iced coffees for us.The employees behind the counter were really nice and friendly. Over all decent compared to other location. One feedback for mobile orders , please put napkins when bakery goods are ordered. They never and i go here daily, place napkins in the bag.. n pls dont be upset if the guest ask you to remake the coffee. When ppl drink coffee daily they know when something is off..simply remake and make your guest happy..ty
