Not sure what is going on in this location.I was in line waiting for 8 minutes.I can heard them taking and making jokes. I call for help no one answered. At the end I left Whit no coffees very disappointedWesting my lunch break

Over all decent compared to other location. One feedback for mobile orders , please put napkins when bakery goods are ordered. They never and i go here daily, place napkins in the bag.. n pls dont be upset if the guest ask you to remake the coffee. When ppl drink coffee daily they know when something is off..simply remake and make your guest happy..ty

I'm not the biggest fan of this location. I have a hit or miss relationship with this location. There's employees that enjoy their job and care about the customers there one day and then the next there's employees you simply don't care just punch in their order, complain that they have to make it, and make faces of like dumbfounded looks when the customers are ordering. When you stand in line you really can tell that most of them don't care to be there and want to leave. They seem to only work when the managers are there because once they are gone or in the back they don't work. They have 3 tall high top chairs for a really long bar (that's never cleaned) 3- 2 chairs tables and an outside table. I wish it felt like the other Dunkin's but it doesn't. Back in the day I loved coming to this location. Seems like now it's just not comforting or worth going here anymore.

I would recommend literally any other Dunkin location besides this one. Service is always slow, drinks are made incorrectly, staff take personal phone calls while taking/preparing orders…Don’t waste your time here if you can stop somewhere else.

The manger is very rude she doesn’t know how to talk to customers her vocabulary is very short she uses profanity at the customers .Sherail. Is a manger she is suppose the up hold the highest standards and that she doesn’t display at all . It’s sad to say but they are not gone be satisfied until the police is called on her, and when you reach out to corporate it’s a franchise. and the owner never reaches out to fix the problem

Worst customer experience. Ignored in an empty store because half the staff was openly watching stories on Instagram at the register and TikTok in the food prep area.Aside from the fact that a menu item was unavailable at the time, which by the way included “breakfast” in the name of the menu item - I was advised it would be ready “later” - possibly lunch time ? for a breakfast item.All of this is followed by negatively speaking about customers within earshot of them and literally telling one another to act normal if overheard or noticed exhibiting this negative speech/behavior. This tone was set by who I assume to be a team lead wearing the blue polo shirt, leading the charge on a gloomy and sulking attitude as though bothered by the customers needs or presence.This location used to have a better energy and service level where I walked in and out with a positive experience.
