Our waitress check with us for any food allergy before she put in the order. Don't see that too often at a restaurant. The hibachi chef has very good skill, and our waitress was very attentive, we enjoyed a very pleasant lunch.
Typical hibachi experience, thankfully without much of the corny showmanship at many similar places. Good selection of food items. Huge portions, everyone departed with left overs. full bar. free parking. caution: gratuity included.

In town visiting and decided to give Japan Inn a try. We were sat immediately but was busy for a weekday night. Our server was Nathan and he was great. Very attentive and nice. The restaurant seems a little older and dark, but usual for a hibachi restaurant. We ordered the Miami Hurricane Roll along with the chicken teriyaki and steak and shrimp combo.
