Kiko's is our absolute favorite. Not only are the food options abundant, but everything on menu seems to have above-par taste. Additionally, the atmosphere of this particular restaurant is always a vibe. We come here anytime we have an opportunity.

The food was amazing. It was around 830-9 and the place was completely empty on a Wednesday. The vibe was boring as ever but it didn’t matter because my company was enough. We ordered 4 sushi rolls , tuna , and dumplings. My server was pleasant and attentive. Make sure to tip your sushi guy!!Vegetarian options: It’s a sushi spot and Thai spot. Plenty of veggiesParking: Plenty of parking. It’s a plazaKid-friendliness: Definitely kid friendly

I am generally not a picky eater and have never written a Google review before but I ordered sushi from here and it was the worst sushi I’ve ever had. I ordered takeout and when I got home and opened the box, I found the sushi almost completely fallen apart and looking more like a sushi salad than rolls. Even worse, the fish was not fresh and the rolls were missing ingredients. I’ve had grocery store sushi for half the price that’s been significantly better than this sushi. Very disappointed. If you want sushi, find somewhere else to go!

I went there on a Fridays night to have dinner, there were so busy with the take out orders that we were not a welcomed or even acknowledged by the host who was running around from one side to the other to fulfill the take out orders, or taking orders over the counter phone. We left and I don’t recommend the dinning in experience there.

Every item on my order was poorly prepared and low quality. The Lobster Lava was greasy and overly breaded. It looked nothing like the pictures. Almost like tiny nuggets. The Chicken Noodle soup was without any flavor and almost no chicken. Vegetable spring roles were tiny and soagie. Definitely not home-made. Tom Yum Goong had (3) tiny mini shrimp. Tasty but not worth the money. Lastly the chicken satay was overcooked and flattened like a pancake. I will I could say something good about this restaurants food. Overall just very poor.

The service was very poor. I had to flag down a server to get them to come to the table. the fish was not fresh. I won't be returning.

I went in to grab my pickup order and was not greeted by anyone and then proceeded to wait to be acknowledged for an awkward amount of time by the female bar tender that was present. When I was finally acknowledged there was no “Hi how are you?” or pleasantries at all just a stale “Can I help you?”. I said I had a pick up order and then she walked away to grab it. When she returned with the order I proceeded to check to see if the sauces I asked for over the phone with male employee when I called to place my order with & I at first did not see them. I asked if I could have the sauces to which she responded “it costs extra” and I said “no I spoke with a gentleman on the phone who told me to ask for it if he forgot when I came in. I am not paying for extra sauce.” She disregarded what I said and then shoved a receipt in front of me saying “sign here.” So I asked again for my sauces because I felt ignored with her just moving on to the next part of the transaction. She then says “it’s in there.” I told her it was not. Shook the sauces to show here they were watery like soy sauce and I asked for eel sauce which is thicker. She walks away and gets another employee (most likely the male I spoke to on the phone when placing my order) and he says “your sauce is in there under those.” I double checked and I had one container of eel sauce for my 2 people sushi boat order. So I ask again for another sauce (because logically two people need two sauces for a BOAT of sushi). He, almost with reluctant energy, grabs me another sauce. I still tipped them because I have worked in the industry many years but their attitudes and customer service is below subpar. Plus it’s Valentines Day maybe smile? Or pretend to be happy around customers for three sake of your tips at least.

The service is absolutely POOR! No plates taken off of the table as new plates are brought out, not enough napkins, food not received as ordered and SSSSSLLLLLOOOOWWWWW service, NOT enough staff working. Used to come here when the service was amazing and the food was great, seems like they're on their way to closing the doors!

Slow and confused and definitely not the freshest fish I've tried this place twice hoping it would get better and still I'm disappointed. Not the place to go I would look into another place

Good food. Friendly staff. Nice surroundings. I recommend the Crispy Ahi Tuna and a cold draft Sapporo.
