We went in New Year’s Day and the owner, Andy, greeted us with a smile and checked in on us while we were eating. He was friendly, kind to our kids and he is serious about the overall customer experience. We’ve been to several Menchies locations and this one is by far the best. i don't understand the 1 or 2 star reviewthe place is always clean the customer service always nice and price are afortable we come 1 or 2 times a week and we ar happy with this place

Such a cute spot for mommy/son dates! Customer service is fabulous and the owner is very welcoming. We recently visited on my son's 3rd birthday and were treated to a mini cupcake with a candle and everybody in the shop sang "happy birthday"! It was so cute and heartwarming having total strangers celebrate with us. Thank you!
