It’s great Frozen Yogurt, just like any other menchies. However, this location for some reason doesn’t let you try the flavors. Every Menchie’s I’ve been to lets you try the flavor except for this one apparently. Management needs to fix this and clean up a bit. The place looks badly maintained

I come here very often and for several years, my only complaint is how dirty it always is, I feel uncomfortable to touch anything the floor outside is always dirty and the chairs and tables look really badly maintained. Please do something about this consistently you barely have anyone else here when we come, and im sure you would sell a lot more if you kept this place clean. As a mom is very uncomfortable. Hope to be able to change my review soon.

The worst ever!! I literally had to walk out of there. When you first walk in the dude is on his phone, leaning, laid back style like he doesn't give a f* around him. Even while talking to him it's like an air bubble in his mind. I asked for dairy free options and he said the few they had ok. Cool may I try it? His response is No we don't do samples and then grabs the spoons away from me. Umm ok I wasn't going to get a spoon and do it myself. It was a question. If I kid doesn't like the flavor of pineapple cz lets me honest they aren't all the same. What am I going to purchase it and then what them not eat it?! Yah no. Him rudely again said ok bye. TLDR: This munchies is consistently bad. The service is great, but the product is terrible. Would I go again? No. I've given it like 5 plus tries and at this point it's a hard no. Food: It's a franchise froyo spot. It shouldn't be so hard to get right, but they manage to get it absolutely wrong. Machines are constantly broken, the yogurt is more goopy liquid than frozen, and the flavors taste like powder and sugar mixed together. Service: Real nice people given the type of environment they work in. I'd be grumpy. Ambiance: It's okay.

We went in New Year’s Day and the owner, Andy, greeted us with a smile and checked in on us while we were eating. He was friendly, kind to our kids and he is serious about the overall customer experience. We’ve been to several Menchies locations and this one is by far the best. The store and bathrooms were very clean..Kid-friendliness: When we arrived Andy (the owner) opened the door for us and struck up a conversation with other kids. He made sure to check in on us several times. The indoor seating area has several small tables/chairs for little ones and the property is clean, bright and inviting.

My kids love Menchie’s more than any other yogurt place but this location has lost my business due to UNCLEANLINESS. We have watched it get progressively dirtier over the last few years - lots of built up grime and decaying paint/fixtures. Yesterday we visited an hour after opening to find the floors littered, yogurt smeared down the front of the machines and sticky surfaces everywhere. Even the front door was sticky. On top of that, the place is always empty when you walk in until one employee appears to collect your money and disappear again. This is fine but they are not winning any hospitality awards if you know what I mean. The yogurt and toppings always look & taste fresh but I can no longer bring my family to eat in this filthy environment.

I rarely write reviews. We had been coming here since it opened. When it changed ownership we noticed the cleanliness instantly went down. We stopped coming. Came again today to give it another chance. It's sooo incredibly dirty. Everything is covered is greasy stickiness. It's so sad. It was always such a great place.

Such a cute spot for mommy/son dates! Customer service is fabulous and the owner is very welcoming. We recently visited on my son's 3rd birthday and were treated to a mini cupcake with a candle and everybody in the shop sang "happy birthday"! It was so cute and heartwarming having total strangers celebrate with us. Thank you!

This location was shockingly dirty, with two employees standing at the register doing NOTHING. The shop needs a deep clean badly, and workers trained to keep counters cleaned and tables wiped.

You charge $5 for a small cup of yogurt and don’t even allow you those tiny tasting cups like, oh, every other yogurt place on the face of the earth. How cheap do you have to be? I thought that was pretty lame - wouldn’t go back to this location for that reason alone. Trying new flavors is part of the experience of these places.Other than that, it’s just a Menchies like any other.
