Good experience at TooJay's for breakfast on Sunday morning. There wasn't a large crowd so we sat right down and ordered breakfast pretty swiftly. I had a bagel and grits a la carte. Decent variety of things to order and the prices are nice as well. I will be happy to visit

The last time I placed an order To go they had their get two slices of cake for the price of one. It was for the price of one but they halved a single slice and put it in two containers. The pastrami sandwich I ordered was so overcooked it was crunchy.I had eaten here for years and was shocked at how bad they have become.

This was by far the smallest corn beef sandwich I’ve ever had. For $13.00, I am very disappointed.

I got a BLT, the tomato was kind of old.Our server, Ethan, was very helpful to my vegan husband. He was very informative about what might have something not considered vegan.

A total disappointing experience! Waited an hour even though order was called in. The food was sub par at best. Corned beef wasn't cooked enough resulting in rubbery, tough texture. The French fries were old, and instead of rambling on I suggest you save your money. Sad, because I always loved this place.

The service was great, but the food was horrendous. Of the four of us, all the meals were subpar. The buns on both chicken sandwiches were cold and stale, and the chickens were hard and overcooked. Potato pancakes, overcooked to the point of almost being burned. I initially had the shepherds pie which would've been better called shepherd soup. I have had shepherd pie in New York, and this is nothing like that. The waitresses were great but the manager could've done a better job of not only comping the meal that was returned, which, of course, would be normal, And should've comped the sandwich that I had afterwards since I had to eat my meal all by myself while everybody had already finished. We ended up taking our desserts to go, and the killer chocolate cake, while tasty, was a big size disappointment for almost 8 dollars. Will not return unless they do something serious about their kitchen and their food quality.

We paid over $60.00 for cold, greasy, soggy, tasteless and just gross sandwiches, greasy onion rings and undercooked fries. Neither one of us could finish the food and I tossed mine into the garbage after a few bites. The only good thing in the order was the root-beer. We order from Uber every Friday, but we will never order from this place again. I wish I could get the money back for the food now sitting in the garbage can. P.S. the tuna sandwich tasted like cat food According to my coworker. Update: The food has had my GI very upset since 2am. It's still reacting badly at 10am . NEVER AGAIN!

Went lunch time. The restaurant wasn't crowded at all. The waitress was nice. I had the Cobb Salad and it was very good. The other two people, one had soup and half of a pastrami sandwich. The pastrami wasn't that appealing and she didn't like the cabbage soup. My other friend had a hamburger and fries. Her meal was fine. TooJay's has the best onion rings. We ordered the appetizer size for all of us. This was the first time my friends had the onion rings and they loved them. If u go to TooJay's u must order the onion rings. U won't be disappointed. The only problem was that service was very slow and there weren't many people in the restaurant. The restaurant was clean and they have a new menu.

I have eaten at several Too Jays first time at this one. It needs a good cleaning, only a few tables at 4:30 with people. I can only imagine how kitchen is, dusting, cleaning windows and clean glass cases by register.
