I'm sad to read and learn that the restaurant has closed. Firi is hands-down THE BEST Chinese cuisine I've ever had. I also hope they reopen somewhere close-by to Lighthouse Point, Pompano, Deerfield Beach area soon!

I used to work on the block behind this place and have been a steady customer since they first opened. They had the best Chinese-Caribbean food and had tons of options that weren't on the menu (you had to call to find out those daily specials). I've only had two instances where the food was not on par with their usual high quality. I voiced those concerns to the owners who knew me by name and made things right. I had no idea upon picking up my order on July 17th that I was informed they were closing for good. I was told they landlord was "taking back the space" and they could not find another space they could afford, so they are out of business for now. I do hope Firi comes back in another Broward location. It was worth the drive from Deerfield to east Pompano to get Chinese cuisine. Most all other places are of terrible quality and service. Firi was one of the best run by a hard working family.

Spring rolls were filled with mushy filling with no texture at all. They really seemed to bepre-made, frozen product you would expect to get at a bar with food. Pork fried rice had no seasoning and and was pretty flavor less. Same for the chicken curry dish. Just basically a disappointment.

This place is very good. The service was friendly and the food was great. The place could use a little updating, but it's clean. All food tasted fresh and the ingredients seemed high quality.

Other than the outside appearance of the place it is a hidden gem! Very Well Made Entrees and their Seafood is Fresh and Cooked Exquisitely! Staff is so Nice you wanna take 'em home withcha! Lol

Man, I hate to do this to this place because this is my goto spot for chinese, but today was not a good experience. I placed an order that had rice,soup,wings, and some bourbon chicken. My order came and I could already tell the bag was looking a little light. I open it up and I could see that I'm missing my wings and white rice for the bourbon that comes with it. I call the store and they insist it was in the bag but if it was I wouldn't have called. No big deal, less calories tonight and they promised to call grubhub to get a refund for what was missing. Now, I get home and eat my soup which was beyond salty, they never made it as salty as it was tonight. I move to my bourbon and it was okay, but again, waaaaay too much salt. I finally get to my fried rice and this is what ruined the night for me. I can forgive missing items and salty food, but I won't forgive a careless chef who somehow gets alcohol or some sort of cleaning chemical in my food. First bite, I get a mouth full of chemical and immediatly spit it all out of my mouth. I honestly thought it was me at first or something and took a second bite and again, I get this alcohol aroma and taste. I inspect the bottom of the rice carton and It was potent with it at the bottom. I'm assuming since I placed my order about 40 min before closing, they were already starting to wash and clean whatever they use to prepare the food and used a pot that still had hints of this alcohol but either way, it got into my food and it just ruined the whole meal. Bad enough I had missing items, but also contaminated rice? I hate to have toss this in the garbage, but it's legit inedible and taste like the alcohol my barber uses.

I just ordered take out ftom here was first time coming to this Restirant but I was in the area . They were very nice taking my order said would be 10 minutes so decided to wait in my car. Not even 10 minutes the lady came running out in the rain to my car with my food. When I got home was still hot And delicious. I ordered ribs , crab Rangoon And wonton soup nice healthy food Lol The ribs were full of tender juicy meet they were sticky crispy on outside tender fall of the bone. The crab Rangoon light crispy and full of warm creamy cheese filling. Of course dipped in the sweet sour sauce I didn't eat soup yet abd have ribs left over for another Meal. Came to $20.00 So reasonable for huge portion of ribs . Best I have had in years . I will make the drive to go there again sooooon

Good spot for Chinese cravings! I love their crab rangoons and the sauce that comes with it. Beef-broccoli and the fried rice is also the move!

Was not impressed by the food quality and there was a lack of flavor. I ordered delivery and it wasn't a long wait. We got the Generals Taos and Chicken and Broccoli. Both dishes were highly lacking in flavor and seemed rather bland. The only thing you could taste on the generals chicken were the chili flakes. Even the rice was underwhelming. I gave 2 stars only because the eggroll and crab Rangoon were "not bad".I recommend skipping this place unless you are okay with bland/mediocre Chinese food.

We ordered take out and the only thing edible was the coconut shrimp. The fried chicken in the lemon chicken, sweet and sour, and general tso was very chewy. No flavor in any of the dishes. We found an ant in our beef noodle dish.
