Good afternoon, l have an order that I placed on 06/07/2023 at 11:17 PM, the store accepted it, when I arrived at the store there was no item available, they still complained that I placed the order too late and it was almost time for to close, there was still more than half an hour to close the store, I asked them to cancel the order but they didn't want to, I need a refund of the amount, the order is 23133099. I already sent an email and had no response

First off arriving to the drive through and placing tge order was quick but I had to repeat things a couple times to make sure she could hear me and as she repeated the order back it was hard to understand her? She didnt provide total...she said drive up? She seemed annoyed as she provided total at the window? She said pull up they will bring it. I sat and waited 25 minutes in my vehicle and no one came out? So I had to go in? 2 men working plus the lady manager. Restaurant had 3 tables occupied only. Entering in the door is so dirty it makes you question your choice?? I ask about my order and the 2 young men had no idea, then you hear her say to one....that she just dropped more chicken??? After 25 minutes of waiting?My order was large and I was not made aware that they did not have enough chicken ready to fulfill a 16 piece bucket meal with sides and drinks as well as additional order? Nothing was prepared or ready I mean nothing. I could I have sat there all night with no one advising me they did not have 16 pieces ready during lunch/dinner time to fill orders. Please customers who read this review. I ASKED TO BE REFUNDED! AVOID THIS KFC AT ALL COST ....WASTE OF TIME AND ENERGY! HORRIBLE

does not have the necessary work group during lunch hours the waiting time is 30 minutes per person the store manager does not know how to distribute the staff to work more efficiently

Ordered 5pc Chicken strips meal. they were overcooked, hard, and greasy. Same with the fries. One of the worst meals and had to be discarded. It was not convenient for me to return to be refunded. I wouldn't recommend it from this location.

The was so long it felt disrespectful! I went from the drive thru to the inside because I had to see what the hold up was. There were two people running the entire place. One lady taking orders for the drive thru and dine in and the other lady making the food and bagging the orders. Then to top it off they didn't even have bbq sauce! What the heck!

If I could give no stars I would. You spend $40 on a 12 piece meal to greasy soggy chicken and hard biscuits. I have taken food back to this location on several occasions. Today is my last time. Manager wasn’t rude but she didn’t apologize either. I asked for my money back. These restaurants are terrible these days. Employees don’t care what they service you but will take your money. Will never go here again. You have been warned!!!

Food was very good (boneless wings and slaw). The facility is slightly “run down”. It took forever to get our food and the internal drama by one employee was not amusing. We originally planned to eat in but after waiting and observing the drama we decided to take food out to eat. The employees were very professional to us and during the ordering process.

I visited this kfc off of Atlantic blvd.Worst experience ever! I ask for grilled chicken. And the chicken was cold and dry. Look at this! I spent money and this is what I get?I hope managers and owners see this and hire better cooks and service.

Never order uber eats from here, apparently being able to read isn't a job requirement since they have now multiple times messed up my order including forgetting sauce, wrong or no drinks, complete wrong sides, and not marking items sold out when out of stock.

11/16/2022 AfternoonUbereats scouters please do not order from this location.No matter what your situation is, DO NOT COME HERE. Take my review as a sign from jesus. I went through the drivethru and they messed up my order 2 times (1st which was a completely different meal, 2nd from when I came back for them to fix my order and they STILL gave me the wrong order with this time giving me 1 tender less)I ordered a 4pc combo with mac and cheese and they only gave me 3 the second I went back. These people are autistic and rude. Corporate please shut down this location. Fire the management and bring some Competent non autistic workers that know how to count. I wouldn't be suprised if they're getting underpaid.2 two black ladies with glasses with 1 being the manager were horrible, 1 black female with tattoos was horrible, and 1 black male cashier while he is a bit passive still in my eyes leans towards the horrendous demeanor of the others. I'm not racist, I am only accurately identifying their person
