Waited 30 min in the drive-thru line for 3 cokes. They told me to pull forward and forgot about me. Had to go in and get my drinks and waited another 15 mins. 45 min later I finally got my 3 cokes.

What happened to customer service?I don't want to come to a McDonald's and wonder whether or not I should be reaching behind the counter because nobody is helping me out.CAN I PLEASE GET SOME KETCHUP FOR THE ORDER I JUST ORDERED!No more ketchup no more napkins no more salt no more refills. the only thing you find is frustration when you come here and a lot of waiting.There's like 10 people working in the back and nobody in the front.

It would be cool if you guys had an actual breakfast menu so you can relay what you want to your workers so it’s not a guessing game and when you ask for specific things it gets left out it’s more frustrating to wake up earlier to stop for breakfast and then play Pictionary Just to find out by the time you get back to work the order is not complete. Very disappointing at least for breakfast time.

How hard is it to get an order correct!!!!!! Missing sauces for nuggets and drinks this McDonald's can NEVER GET THE ORDER
100% service by the employee who helped us at the checkout. The store could be a little cleaner to earn 5 stars. But it was already late afternoon and there were no people working in customer service at the moment. The store environment is very pleasant.

I ordered a hash brown and frappe on the app using my points to pay for the frappe and paid for the hash brown. When I got there to pick up the order at the drive thru, I was told I was not charged for the hash brown and would need to pay for it. I also tried to use my points towards a 6 piece nugget but the crew member kept telling me that the code was not working. While I was waiting for my food, I checked and saw that I was charged twice for the hash brown. It was a hassle to get a refund for the second charge. Not the best experience.Parking: Plenty of parking
