The food was horrible. The customer service I received at the window, was rude. I asked for a receipt he shut the windows in my face. I bit into my burger it was ice cold. The fries tasted like old burnt oil. I asked for everything to be fresh due to stomach issues. What did I get horrible customer service with attitude and cold burgers with old oil tasting fries. If this was my business I'd fire the whole staff

Good morning, I just bought a breakfast and the soft drink came spoiled and they add more ice than soft drink, they don't give napkins and the soft drink came spoiled, the ice tea is already spoiled and since I already left, there is someone who will give me my money back.

Place stinks first off smells like sweat and dirty clothes. Secondly they can never get an order right. Lets not add how I went here for lunch and there was hair in my food. The manager can careless about the customers he tells u “he’s busy” basically telling u he is too busy to learn how can he better the experience. The staff don’t listen when taking orders my order is alwayS Wrong and something is always Missing. Do yourself a favor and ho to Wendy’s across the street or the location down the street. This place experience is trash just how it smells.

I am in this place 1nce a month and everytime my simple order is wrong. Instead of delux crispy chicken I get the spicy. I learned to check it now. Today I checked and there is no tomato and no mayonnaise. They put me on side and and angry person showed up asking what's is wrong with my order. SO I SAID: IT IS MISSING MAYO AND TOMATO. There was no sorry only explanation that they run out of tomato and there is mayo. The person pointed on the drop of mayo almost invisible. I asked: why no one told me that the sandwich will miss the tomato. Answer was : we just run out...no sorry. I said ok..thank you ..and drove away thinking ..they should give me a $ discount for the tomato.McDonald's is really going down? Or it is just the location?
