I am in this place 1nce a month and everytime my simple order is wrong. Instead of delux crispy chicken I get the spicy. I learned to check it now. Today I checked and there is no tomato and no mayonnaise. They put me on side and and angry person showed up asking what's is wrong with my order. SO I SAID: IT IS MISSING MAYO AND TOMATO. There was no sorry only explanation that they run out of tomato and there is mayo. The person pointed on the drop of mayo almost invisible....read full review
McDonald’s app wasn’t working correctly. Kedra was super patient and helped me with everything. She needs to be recognized because I wasn’t the only she helped. A lady upset from waiting in drive thru. I watched Kedra calm her down and help her too. We need more people like Kedra in the world!
