“My first visit to Uzzo Mediterranean Restaurant and I’m already thinking of the next time I’m eating there. The food was excellent and the service fantastic! We ordered the mixed appetizers, saganaki, Shepherd salad, lahmajun, the dorado and the branzino. Everything was delicious and perfectly prepared. The lahmajun was hot and crispy with just the right seasoning. For dessert we were treated to tea and Caramelized pumpkin. It was so unusual and delicious! A very unique dessert. The restaurant is only 7 months old but certainly one that will stick around.“

“So we ordered catering for our engagement party of about 35 people. We ordered 3 create your own pasta stations which feed everyone plus left overs. Plenty of pasta, plenty of sauce, protein was definitely short for the amount of people but luckily we were able to spread it across everyone. It also comes with salad and bread sticks so that certain helped was worth it! Would order that again for catering.“

“Well located where the Sweet Tomatoes restaurant served for ages at the hearth of Coral Springs, Fujimura Buffet & Sushi came to fill a void left for years in that area. Fujimura Buffet is not juts another oriental buffet restaurant like the ones we see all over everywhere. The place was well renovated, the atmosphere is right, all clean and well displayed. The food, to be honest, is not extraordinary but don’t get me wrong l, it will please the most exigent palates, but not a 5 star (yet), because a few dishes like oysters for example were not part of the buffet, as well the fried donuts for the dessert and other few “common” dishes offered in the well rated oriental buffets. Prices are very reasonable, maybe to call the attention and bring customers (I hope I am wrong lol). Personnel friendly, Amanda the waitress was very handy and always giving us an excellent service! Overall definitely a place to become a very well known. I hope and wish they keep up and improving the good work keeping the prices reasonable! So yes I recommend it! A+“

The broccoli was perfectly crunchy and the vegetables went so well with the shrimp, all mixed together in this egg white lobster sauce, and it was SO GOOD.I love their sweet and sour chicken and would not go anywhere else for it, and I recommend their Krab Rangoons. “For a take-out only restaurant, we were surprised at the quality of the food -- as well as the quantity. I'd driven by this place before, but there'd never been any open parking spots. It's in a different type of location -- a very small strip of businesses with only a few spots in front -- in the middle of a residential location. We were driving by between lunch and dinner and decided to stop to bring some food home for a later meal. When we stopped by, we got to meet the owners and chef. They were both very welcoming and friendly. He told us about some special meals and made suggestions. He was preparing some blue crabs for his own lunch, and they looked wonderful. You can get some special meals here, off menu, if you preorder. We went with a couple of our usual choices so we could see how they compared. We ordered some pork with Chinese vegetables and an order of Singapore rice noodles. Plus, for me an order of egg roll. The rice noodles were such a large portion that it filled two containers. And we wound up eating several meals from our take home food. The eggroll was very good. I ate one right away! There were two to the order. It had a different crispy wrapper -- it seemed house made. And it was filled with larger bits of meat. I really liked it. There was a lot of large flat pork slices in with the vegetables. In a brown sauce, there was broccoli, bok choy, pea pods, etc. It came with a side container of white rice. The rice noodles were fragrant with curry, but it only had a slight kick (as in not too spicy). There were lots of shrimp, chicken, and pork strips mixed in with the thin noodles. This dish was addictive. We are so glad we stopped to try them. Really one of the better Chinese places we've tried and certainly one of the better take-out places. Wish they were closer, or we'd be there more often.“
