“We went out last minute around 730 8pm on a Friday evening. The place was packed but it had a great atmosphere.Our server was extremely friendly and pleasant. This was our first visit in over 20 years. *they no longer are found in Canada*My huband had a fosters beer, I had 2 of the blueberry lemonades (on vacation!), we shared a blooming onion (of course). Hubby got the chicken wings and I order a steak with mashed and a Ceasar salad.It was hot, delicious and cooked perfectly. Anytime we finished a drink or snack, someone was picking up dirty dishes on their way to the kitchen.Amazing service, very clean, super friendly and we will be back!”

Some of the best hummus I ever had. "The Mayor" half pound Angus burger was a pretty great size, very juicy & flavorful (devoured before me thinking to snap a pic). Sadly, I didnt get to try their tots due to their oven not working since recent power outtage issues, but will surely be back! Also, Drag Bingo was a blast and the decor is beautiful!”

“This was the most excellent Italian dining experience. As soon as you walk in you are met with an old time Italian eatery decor. The atmosphere along with the authentic Italian food aromas drew me in. We were met with a friendly greeting and taken to our table where our waiter Jeff suggested fresh seafood choices like snapper and shrimp. I chose the Snapper Oreganata with Linguine. This was the best piece of fish that I have ever eaten. Sorry mom. It was very tender and the white sauce was amazing. The chicken cacciatore was amazing too. My guest has been craving authentic Italian cacciatore and she said she found it. The garlic bread selection that came pre-meal was incredible too. The garlic butter combination was so good I would come back just for the bread. The side salad, while just a salad, was made amazing by the quality of the very fresh vegetables and the delicious creamy Italian dressing. Jeff, our waiter, was an amazing host. He was polite, friendly, entertaining, and extremely knowledgeable of the days fresh deliveries and made excellent suggestions for the evening. I only wish I had room for desert. “Wow. I seriously mean, wow. I had to collect myself to properly give a review of this restaurant. From the beginning we were greeted with warm and inviting smiles. We were given three types of menus, it had a plethora of choices and one by one my eyes lit up like a kid on Christmas. I couldn’t believe that they had vegan sushi! My heart went immediately for a roti pizza called Mystic Pizza. It was one of the best experiences I’ve had in a vegan place in SoFlo. My wife ordered the jack fruit and the flavors were brilliantly done. I could taste not only the love but the soul of the seasonings. We were extremely delighted with every we tried. Then a gentleman that works there, handed us an all natural fruit smoothie sample and I was impressed. Honestly the food is impressive and so are the people that provide the service. We will be recommending this place to all our friends and family. Thank you for your love and dedication to the culinary world and for making us feel at home in so many aspects.”

She was able to make something similar to a Caramel Macchiato from the other chain store starting with “S” but much better tasting. “Please open at 11am instead of 12pm. There are always people sitting at the tables waiting for it to open at 12. I’m a local and eat here weekly. The mahi tacos are the best I’ve had in Florida and the street corn is just so good. I definitely recommend adding the red pineapple habanero sauce to the tacos. My family loves this place. We choose this place over every other restaurant in the area. They never have frozen margaritas - they don’t offer it anymore even though it’s on the menu and that’s a disappointment. Please bring back the frozen margarita. And maybe think about hiring a couple more people it always looks a bit short staffed.”

“Across-the-board, this place is outstanding! My friend, and I went to two other pizzerias before she suggested that we come to Kosta's. Being from NY we don't eat just any pizza! We went to Bruscos and they acted like we were invisible, so we left. Kosta's greeted us like family! When they asked if we had ever been there my friend told them she had but I hadn't and we were looking for pizza ! The owner immediately threw a slice of pizza in the oven and split it between us to sample! It was incredible! I ordered a pie , a Greek house salad and 3 different types of desserts to bring home to my hubby who is now also hooked! Our waiter Nick provided service that we haven't seen in a while! He was friendly knew the menu entirely at suggested dishes that he thought we would like, because he loved them! He really made our day after the complete rudeness at Bruscos! We will be back! “I went here for a retirement party. It's outside, right on the beach off Pompano Beach Pier, and there was live music which was a nice surprise. They have umbrellas for the tables and the bar area is covered. They were able to accommodate our large-ish party right away (although we did get there early) and the waitress was super nice and took several photos of our group for us. We ordered several appetizers which were all very good. I got the blackened mahi sandwich for an entree and it was delicious. The mahi was really moist to the point of dripping so be ready to get messy when you order this. We had a really fun time. The reason for the 4 star rating was my friend found a couple of hairs in the batter of the fish she ordered. They were very apologetic and did not make her pay for her meal. It is also not vegetarian or vegan friendly. A bit pricey but it is right on the beach so I went in expecting that. All in all a good experience. Would recommend.”

“There is parking in the front and in the back. It appeared when I was leaving that they may also have a drive through window possibly. So...Have you ever walked into a place, and knew you were right where you needed to be. From the moment I walked in, I felt this. I exchanged pleasantries with a lady that looked familiar, later to learn she is Gentiana, the owner. This was my first time here, however we both felt we knew each other prior. She was warm and welcoming. There are plenty of places to sit all around this cozy restaurant. We were welcomed by Velima to take our order. (I sure hope I have their names spelled correctly.) You can either order from the counter when you walk in, or order from your table and pay after at the counter. I had a chai latte that was creamy and dreamy. My friend had an expresso with frothed milk that she enjoyed. We both had omelettes. You have a choice of home fries or fruit, and a toast option. The omelettes were plentiful, for a matter of fact my friend couldn't finish hers. I finished mine because I'm a foodie and a yelpie of course! As you see in my photo, we went with the fruit. The fruit was fresh and abundant. This place isn't close to my home, however I will most certainly come back to relax here and enjoy something delicious! They have a massive board with all of what they offer over the counter. They have hot and cold coffees, tea and smoothies. They have pastries and hot food, so pretty much everyone can find something that they will enjoy! The restaurant has been open for 10 years. Boy have I been missing out! Make sure you don't miss out and go Enjoy!!”

Think I’ll stick to Chic Fil A for fingers from now on until we get a ZaxbysFirst off the , the employees here could not be nicer and more friendly. Quick service. But at the end of the day, it’s chicken fingers. You could get as good or better fries , Cole slaw and sweet tea at many other places. Chicken is very good, sauce is good too but nothing mind blowing. As to the big question, Zaxbys or Canes? Zaxbys are better fries ( Canes have nothing on them). Zaxbys killer sauces, hands down winner. Chicken is in the same league. Zaxbys good old Texas Toast is tradition, Canes is grilled both sides but it’s a French bread not Texas Toast , which I’m not sure I prefer. Final verdict is what I expected. Another chicken place. I’ll eat them both when I am looking for chicken.No big surprises”

“Very nice management and staff. Was waiting for my ride after dropping off rental at enterprise. Wife was picking up the kids, so i walked over to Dunkin for refreshments. Without any pleading they opted to go above and beyond after they were already closed, and gave me 3 free donuts and coffee. “I went here for a retirement party. It's outside, right on the beach off Pompano Beach Pier, and there was live music which was a nice surprise. They have umbrellas for the tables and the bar area is covered. They were able to accommodate our large-ish party right away (although we did get there early) and the waitress was super nice and took several photos of our group for us. We ordered several appetizers which were all very good. I got the blackened mahi sandwich for an entree and it was delicious. The mahi was really moist to the point of dripping so be ready to get messy when you order this. We had a really fun time. The reason for the 4 star rating was my friend found a couple of hairs in the batter of the fish she ordered. They were very apologetic and did not make her pay for her meal. It is also not vegetarian or vegan friendly. A bit pricey but it is right on the beach so I went in expecting that. All in all a good experience. Would recommend.”

The atmosphere along with the authentic Italian food aromas drew me in. We were met with a friendly greeting and taken to our table where our waiter Jeff suggested fresh seafood choices like snapper and shrimp. I chose the Snapper Oreganata with Linguine. This was the best piece of fish that I have ever eaten. Sorry mom. It was very tender and the white sauce was amazing. The chicken cacciatore was amazing too. My guest has been craving authentic Italian cacciatore and she said she found it. The garlic bread selection that came pre-meal was incredible too. The garlic butter combination was so good I would come back just for the bread. The side salad, while just a salad, was made amazing by the quality of the very fresh vegetables and the delicious creamy Italian dressing. Jeff, our waiter, was an amazing host. He was polite, friendly, entertaining, and extremely knowledgeable of the days fresh deliveries and made excellent suggestions for the evening. I only wish I had room for desert.
