Always order take out pizza on Mondays due to price. Pizza was ordered meatball and mushroom. Wait time was 30 min after phone order. Meatball turned out to be sausage or meatball pulverized ? The crust was borderline burnt. Not your usual . You can do better Luigi's.

I tried this restaurant for the very first time for delivery. I was looking forward to getting my food since I saw it had a 4.5 star rating. NEVER AGAIN!!!! The food took over an hour to get delivered. The pizza was COLD and nasty. The garlic knots were so hard I could hardly chew them. That’s one $33 ruined dinner and night! I will NOT order ever again. I don’t know how it got 4.5 stars. I’d give it NO STARS if I could!

Arrogant manager. Rude waitresses. Food was terrible. Kitchen chef has no idea how to plate the food properly. This place has went so far downhill. I see no way it can come back to where it was. No worry. Snowbirds will be here soon and they seem to eat anything. You can cater to them. Forget about us locals. Whoops!! I think you already did!! In return, we will forget about you. ?

Always loved their pizza. Changed. I order two small pizzas to go. The crusts were burnt and they looked as though they had been reheated. We ate one slice each and the rest was thrown out.

My wife and I aren’t really Italian fans so we chose this place for its wide selection. Our friends had the prime rib (said it was excellent), and the trio (also excellent). My wife and I shared a Caesar salad and pizza. Both were delicious, with the pizza being thin and crisp, exactly like we prefer. They even had anchovies available for the salad! Will definitely return for the food, the atmosphere and the great service.

1. Do not go there. I ordered the Luigi special. Veal - chicken - sausage - shrimp. $26.00 ??? All chicken -2 shrimp & 1 piece of sausage?? I also stated that my girlfriends chicken piccata was only 1/2 full on our to go order ? He commented that there wasn't the same amount of food in that order ?? She also ordered angel hair / not ziti ??? I called the manager / very condescending & arrogant never go or order from them again !

Monday night special besides pizza is Fried Chicken. DONT ORDER IT! Raw, very very raw! Other 2 pieces were unidentifiable but smallest pieces I’ve ever seen. Rolls are good

Extremely disappointed. Tasteless pizza. Ordered mushroom & meatball. Hardly any mushrooms & meatball must be smashed and in tiny portion undetected w/o dissecting. Has to be the most tasteless cheese available. We ordered a large, ate 1 slice & took the rest home. Hopefully we can doctor it to make edible. Also ordered fried mushroom appetizer. Soggy, and although we could see the mushrooms they didn't taste of mushroom. Whatever they were it wasn't made with fresh mushrooms & was covered in sauce. I thought they'd be fried in a light batter with marinara on the side like I had experienced up north. We had planned to try pizza before ordering other entrees. I was excited by the decor, atmosphere & menu but doubt I'd return. Sad because they have chicken piccata one of my favorites. I can make much better pizza at home.

I enjoyed the food and alexis is a good watress she was fast and very pleasant she made you feel like family. Whenever I go there I always ask for her. Can't wait to see her again. We go there about 4x a week

We hadn’t been here since Covid shut down their buffet so we decided to try their 11 am to 6 pm Specials. The chicken parmigiana was pounded thin and the outside breading seemed over cooked. My husband had the spaghetti and meatball, he wasn’t a fan of the sauce. Our waitress,, Tabitha, provided outstanding service.

Ignored. Party of one for lunch. Half the restaurant is closed due to flooring being laid and still can’t get service. Multiple employees saw me sit there, they cleaned tables around me, not one acknowledged my presence. I’ll spend my money elsewhere.

My friends and I have eaten pizza from New York, New Jersey, Virginia, California, Nevada, and even Mystic, Connecticut. However, in all our opinions...Luigi's wins! They don't skimp on the cheese or the toppings. And their lunch specials....2 very large slices of pizza with a beverage for $7 plus delicious garlic bread.
