The Wendy's app is terrible. I browsed a couple of different menu items and then decided to go to the restaurant and order inside. But, the dining room was locked. So I got in the long drive-up line. But I had time to order on the app. It turned out the app kept my previous entries and I wound up with three meals. The server at the window could not fix the problem and I had to take all three meals. Two of them will go bad. Very disappointed with Wendy's
Horrible night crew. Young kid has 0 customer service skills and not many for running a drive thru either. Couldn’t give me a fork for my food no sauce then got attitude when i asked for it. While the guy was getting my sauce I got attitude by the manager for sitting at the window in the line I waited 15 minutes in. Food was definitely not worth the 10 bucks 15 minutes of waiting and a fresh cup of attitude.

The gentleman who took my order was very friendly and patient, he was also the one accepted the payment and brought me my food. In addition, he wished me a wonderful day, hoped I enjoyed my food and smiled while he thanked me for coming(nice person about 18 to 20 years of age)
