Every time I order at the drive-thru after 10:00pm there's been an 90% chance my order is wrong and I've recieved someone else's food. Every few months I try again hoping things have gotten better only to be immediately disappointed. Tonight I overheard the guy at the window double check with whomever handed him the food to make sure it was right, and even then I recieved someone else's food. I don't understand how the taco bell down the road can get my order right 99% of the time but this place is so dysfunctional that the employees don't even know what sandwich they just made.

Stoned order taker with wrong food at the end. No pricing until you go to window. It took 3 times to get it right! Fries cold, no peppermint frosty even though it’s marketed on menu. This place absolutely sucks! Food was probably so old because chicken tasted wooden and couldn’t eat! Never again! Where is the manager?
The gentleman who took my order was very friendly and patient, he was also the one accepted the payment and brought me my food. In addition, he wished me a wonderful day, hoped I enjoyed my food and smiled while he thanked me for coming(nice person about 18 to 20 years of age)
